[Resolved]  Bharat Matrimony — paid membership services, misleading consumer after payment

After creating a profile in their website was constantly asked to make payments in order to view profiles and communicate with matched profile,
After payment of 4300 rs my account was upgraded to contact profiles, as i didn't find any suitable didn't use any allotted view number services from site,
Later i was prompted to use divorce matrimony as to find matching profiles so now i am asked to pay the same amount again which i had already paid to view contacts stating its their sister company and its mandatory to pay so when i contacted i was informed the same.

My question is :

If both belong to a same organisation why do they have different sites when profiles are shared among them self,

Why i was not informed earlier about divorcematrimony.com earlier to my payment

Why i was able to view contacts in one site and had to pay for other which is their sister company

This is purely taking advantage of consumer by not communicating and trying to pull more money by having different sites name but same data and controlling the matched profiles in one site so people are to pay in another.
