Without being clear about difference of Prime and Regular accounts, I took a 6 months Regular Gold account on 1 April 2022. After realizing, I requested on 4th April to get a shift to 6 months Prime Gold account, by paying the difference on discounted rate seen on my account at the website. But the call centre has informed me that I can only migrate from Regular to Prime by paying the difference amount on their full rate. This is unfair, unethical, policy.
My account displays a charge of Rs.9200 (with discount) + 18% GST = 10856, for 6 month Prime Gold. I have paid already Rs. 6732 (with GST) for a regular account. So in principle I should be able to pay the difference of[protected] to migrate to Prime Gold account.
Another option is, they can cancel my Regular account and refund the amount to the credit card used for payment, and I can take the Prime Gold Account freshly.
I have NOT UTILIZED any benefit of the Regular account yet. I therefore request to give one of the above options.
