I registered in bharath matrimony and was planning to subscribe for paid service and i was promised that if i take assisted service there will be a manager appointed and they will share 4 relevent profiles for every week. But all i got is irrelevant profiles which doesnt even nearly meet my preference. When request to refund they deactivated my profile all of a sudden with out any prior notice. I never recieved any call or msg or email regarding this. When i called upon customer care i was informed that the profile has been suspended as the person has got married.
I have been sending emails for past 3 weeks but till date there is no response and the profile is still inactive.
This has affected our communication with some profile with whom we were interacting. Despite regular followups there is no response from bharat matrimony. This is not fair since they have a good business to run they dont even care about their customer. Running their business without humanity this is insane.
