[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — recurring transaction enabled on an earlier payment done | |
31/08/2017bharatmatrimony[protected]us (Do you want to convert this to an emi) 7, 469.72 Recurring transaction has been enabled on my credit card and the same card details are saved and the account has been auto renewed with usd 112 with the saved details. How on earth can these changes can be saved without the consent of the customer. Did you call me on my mobile, and did i say yes for auto debit. I am currently out of country and you just take away customers money so easily. We do not need any further services in you. Please close the account and refund the entire money with interest. Should there be any delay in doing so, shall lodge a police complaint against the fraudulent transaction done. Was this information helpful? | |
