I saw add of bharat matrimony app in tv and installed it, filled all details and searched for matches. No matches from my caste was available from my desired location, so i stopped using the app. But after that i started getting calls from bharat matrimony executive on daily basis. Each day i use to tell them that i m not having suitable matches so i stopped using it. Again next day they forced me and i told the same thing. Each day different person use to call me, each day i have to tell the same. Finally on the ninth or tenth day, a lady called and asked why not getting member... I told that no matches are available from my desired location and caste, hence i m not interested. She told me that the members will not be shown to you until you pay fees, there are members from your location, but you need to pay fees first and today it is a huge discount for you. 5000 rs for six months. I trusted her and paid fees.
But after paying fees also no matches from my location were seen. I called customer care, they told to search by editing settings. I did that too, but again no matches. Again i called customer care, then she told that there are no matches from your location, if there are any new members, then you will come to know she told. I felt broken and cheated... I requested her to repay my amount as there are no matches from my location... But the company as usual reply said, no refund is possible sir, i m very sorry sir, we can't help you.....in bharat matrimony there is an add that 100 percent refund of fees if you don't find a match within a month. Trusting the same, i wrote to them as many as 10 times, but no reply from them... These people are taking advantage of emotions attatched to marriage, and exploiting people. It is the worst way to earn money that you cheat someone and get curse from us.
Please any one of you don't trust bharat matrimony... It is a worst service company... It will take your money and won't hear you...
