I was unhappy with their services first day itself when asked them to refund.. I did chat with name called naveen.
They assured me contact [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com. They will refund you within 48 hours.

When i cantacted them they send me mail like below. I was expecting money refund will take place (Ticket no: bm[protected].

While paying amount no where they mentioned money not refundable.
When services not good.. Why are they not refunding and not removing my account.
