Dear, Sir/madam My name is Arun C S, i am a paid member of(KERALA MATRIMONY) my membership is ends 7th-April 2018, as per the telephonic conversation before April 7, I informed Matrimony customer-care executive , still i am not interest to continue this service.But in the next day April 8 me, received a message from there side, my Rs 3600 cut from my Credit card, with out my permission.Now i face my credit card payment issue, this month bill, me additionally pay deducted amount.Please take an action for this kind poor activities.
