[Resolved] Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Payment refund against consumer id[protected]
I booked Bharat gas on dt 08.05.21 and made payment through PHONEPAY through my Kotak Mahindra account at 10:04 am, amount got deducted but BPCL app was showing payment is still pending so I made payment again through PHONEPAY SBI account at 10:16 am and payment went successfull against my consumer ID[protected].Please help me out in getting refund of my first payment.I have attached the payment receipt of first payment.
