Sir/madam, i am having post paid bsnl sim tiruchirappalli telefon unit. My account number[protected] and my email id [protected]@gmail.com my pancakes number is epapp0047f. My name as per pancakes natarajan pachamuthu but my name noted in the monthly bill as nataraasan pachamuthu. And pancakes number also wrongly entered in the bill history. Due this cst no also wrongly entered inthe bill history. I have requested the custer care regarding this fact. My cell no. Got from tiruchirappalli telecom unit. I request you kindly make nessesary correction in name and also pan card number in the bill. Natarajan pacha muthu pan card no. Epapp0047f.

I have paid a Bsnl bill from Yes Bank through techprocess on 9th Aug 2018 at 12:08AM, amounting RS 382. The amount has been deducted from my account, but the bill hasn't been paid yet. I have paid 3 mobile bills at that time, out of which 2 got paid and this one remained unpaid. Kindly do the necessary measures to resolve this issue.
