Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — transaction failure but amount deducted from my account | |||||
Dear sir, On 25 th september 2017 i made a payment of my landline bill through bsnl online portal 2 by my sbi debit card the amount was 920 rs. And i choose tech process gate way for payment. But it get failure and amount got deducted from my account. Kindly rectify the problem and refund my amount to my sbi account, vadakkenchery. Palakkad dist kerala. Transaction no is[protected].
