This is our second renewal with you, our last assistant provider was Gandhimathy ( staff)her mobile:[protected], we transferred Rs22000 November 2020, we got only around 8-10 prospects but we didn’t get any assistance or proper communication from Ms.Gandhimathy, when we raised complaint to your customer care we were given complaint number BM24333021, & we have been told that we have not been allotted any assistance, but we have been talking to Ms.Gandhimathy for last 5 months, and again we have been asked to raise complaint to [protected], we can send you screen shot of payment done and our allotment of assistance service if you share your mail I’d, we are looking forward to proactive measures from your side Was this information helpful? |
