BharatPe — Amount not transfer to my bank account

On 13/12/2021 morning my bharatswipe balance was 6.56 lacs, but after app update my balance shown in app turned zero. After contacting bharatpe, they assured my balance will get transfer to my bank account in 24 hrs. Now after passing of 9 days, and false assurances my amount is still stick with bharatpe. I have to take loan on interest to pay workers salaries, gst and advance income tax.
What to do... I m helpless ...my ticket id is 6009327

This is huge amount, everytime false assurances.
