I SUBMITTED MY COMPLAINT already WITH YOU on 17/12/2021 REGARDING non receiving of PAYMENTS FROM 23/11/21 to 15/12/21 which is collected from our customers paid through your Q.R code scanning .
but not credited to our A/C .
You Bharatpe sent me Whatsapp message on 19/12/2021 stating our outstanding summary as on 18/12/21 is Rs, 14412 to be paid by you to us .
It is annoying to note you are not even bothered to reimburse us above huge amount to our A/C

i insist you pay our outstanding above said amount immediately to our bank without any delay .

My bharathpe app showing disputes amount Rs 99999.99 and transaction date 21 nov 2021, i have submitted invoice but till date not get amount, i follow lot of time customer care and chennai office not resolve the issue,
I move to next level consumer court.

My 1000 amount was not transfered to my bank.on 25 th november 1000 rs not settled in my account.bharat pe app is not working properly.there customer care representative is not properly take action and they can not solve my problem.i try to settle my amount to my bank since 20 days ago but there is no settlement is seen.i request you to take it seriously and solve my problem.

As our customer scans your q.R code for payments we get the credit of amount messages to my mobile but later as i checked in our bank a/c the amount was not credited, this happened since 23/11/21 to 15/12/21, therefore i request your goodness to credit the aforesaid period's amount to my a/c immediately .

My Phone number - [protected] is wrongly is listed in Bharat Pe UPI id - bharatpe[protected]@yesbankltd. This upi id does not belong to me .

Many people are making payments to the above upi id in various websites and calling me as my number is listed in the upi id. I suspect something fraud is going on with this upi as people are making purchases and not receiving their delivery after their purchase . Please investigate this urgently on high priority.

Request you to please remove my number from the upi . I had also raised complaint through phone with bharat pe support and my complain numbers are 6016007, 6023365. But still the complain is not resolved. Please take this on high priority and request you to block the upi and resolve the matter urgently .

Updated by MadanPatra Please resolve my complaint asap . Everyday getting number of calls from person who have done payment to the upi id - bharatpe[protected]@yesbankltd. Since my number is there in the upi id they are calling me.
Just want to re-iterate this is not my upi id, neither i have any bank account linked to this upi id. I don't understand why bharatpe have used my phone number in this upi id.
Please resolve the matter immediately . Its almost a week i have raised this concern and still it is not resolved and i am getting calls daily.
This is causing harassment to me and if not resolved immediately will force me to lodge fir against bharatpe and take judiciary action if necessary against bharatpe.

Please resolve urgently on highest priority...

Dear Sir

I have paid Rs.2216 to Prdhan Mandri Medicine store at Salem vide ref. no. UPI-BharatPe Merchant-bharatpe.[protected]@fbpe-FDRL[protected]-Verified Merchant.

The amount paid to the vendor has not got information about the Credit. Immediately i made payment of Rs.1/- as same vide ref. no. UPI-BharatPe Merchant-bharatpe.[protected]@fbpe-FDRL[protected]-Verified Merchant and the said amount was credited into vendor account.

I was under impression that the said amount will be reversed soon. Regret to inform that so far not received credit either to vendor account or to my account.

Kindly look into this and rever pls

Sir I have a registered merchant account named Shri ram hardware and paints. On 5th Dec, my coustomer send me rs13300 from his Google pay with Bharat pe qr code try jay amount was not reflect in Bharat pe account nor in bank account. And not received till now
I called to coustome care saveral time but no proper resolved. Registered number [protected].

I was duped a user whose qr code is attached with this complaint. This person duped me for an amount of INR 3000. Kindly ban his account and funds as all that money belongs to the innocent people who has been scammed by this person.
