    I had submitited my aadhar card and Pan card and I got a mismatch and now I am not able to change it.The customer support is also the worst service they don't even give me the details and the correct information.They said Create a new account with new bank pan and aadhar we can't even delete u r account.And the agent also don't visit our shop they say send u r Qr code on Whatsapp.I had a query for Sbm card for transaction they said we will do it but u will be charged for 1500. The worst app I am using.

      Speaker deduction amount

      I am using bharatpe speaker. Your agent( Prashanth [protected]) said that there will no monthly charges on speaker.l, but later on amount of 125 is deducted every month. When I asked about this to ur executive they said that if i receive 50 transaction monthly 125 will be credited as cashback. But after two month o[censored]sage I havent got any cashback and got monthly charged two times. Now when I'm trying to call ur agent( Prashanth) he is not...

        I have added Rs. 14000 in my bharatpe account through Paytm UPI. And it was showed as completed. But it is not added in my bharatpe account. I have tried to call customer care they are not giving me satisfying answers. Attaching file below in which you can find that it was successfully sent from paytm UPI to bharatpe, where on my bharatpe account, there is no transaction of the same. Please help me out. This was my full month salary.

          PLEASE UPDATE MY RS.1000 MUST AND IMMEDIATE ON MY BHARATHPE CREDIT CARD.
          Issue regarding my Bharatpe credit card available balance is mismatching/ not updated.
          Bharathpe Credit card available balance of Rs.1000 not reflecting since 20 days. Among the 5 amounts x Rs.1000= 5000 not updated but only 4000 on card balance updated.
          Issue regarding on 13th Aug, 2022.
          Rs.1000 x 5 Times= Rs.5000

              I am writing to you regarding an issue that i have taken loan from bharatpe on 02 June 2022 and in the month of July it is successfully repaid.

              And today I came to know that in my latest credit report there is overdue amount of rupees 105 is mentioned.

              Which is wrongly mentioned because the said loan is already closed on 06.07.2022.

              I am hereby attaching all the relevant details and documents for your reference and please go through those details and documents and please communicate the exact status of that account with credit bureaus transunion cibil.

              This posting has reduced my credit amount by huge number.

              This is really very disappointing that I have repaid all the dues before time even then this his mentioned in my credit report which is really disappointing.

              I am hereby attaching of the element details for your reference.

              Please check and let me know the further process for the same

                My name is anjum my mobile number is [protected] I'm using Bharat pe last six months idid a credit card transaction last month August 3rd txn I'd 18088944 transaction was failed my amount deducted from my card i make complaint they said it will refund 8working days it's almost one month it's not refund now I'm getting msgs repay your bill, I'm contacting to to customer care from last 15days it's connecting my call now what to do

                  I made a transaction of Rs.50000 via Google pay UPI from my IDBI bank account on 7th August 2022 to add money to my 12% Club account . The transaction was successful on Google Pay application and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. But the same is not yet credited in the my 12% Club account. The 12% Club support team is not responding to my complaint mails and has not refunded my money till date.

                  Attaching the transaction status from Google Pay application. The amount was credited to 12% Club's bank account. But it was not added to my 12% club profile. The screenshot from 12% Club application for this transaction is also attached for reference.

                            Im the investor in the bharathpe merchant and invested of Rs10000 in my investment account, yesterday 27/08/2022 withdrawn the my account from the bharatpe but not yet received back the amount yet to my bank account.

                            the bharatpe has change the settlement to account has been changed thrice but now they are telling they will take the complaint and try to resolve the amount within one week.

                            i had loose the trust on the Bharatpe now im not able to recoever the amount from the bharatpe

                              In recent using the @bharatpeindia QR code doing scam in Instagram .due this QR merchant .do investment 500 and get 3000 this like offer in Instagram .so please don't give the QR code that like scammers

                                Dear Sir

                                My name is VIRAJSINH VIJAYKUMAR KALE I am writing this mail to lodge a formal complaint against BHARATPE and SBM BANK for mental harassment and torture meted out to me by their so called recovery agents. IT all started when I had to incur some expenses and I had swiped my card for my personal as well as some medical reasons. I know I had to pay them and I did pay them on a continuous basis till MARCH 2022 after which I lost my continuous source of income and was without any support. These guys started troubling me and calling me asking for money for which I constantly requested to give me time frame and was even ready to settle my account but the maximum time frame that they would be giving me was 4 to 5 months in which I need to pay the settlement amount. The same was impossible.
                                The situation turned for the worse since 10th May 2020. This Person by the name Mr. NITIN SHARMA and her colleague started calling me and asking me for payment of dues. I again asked him for time which he was not ready to give. he then started calling my friends, relatives, my society people and troubling them and even going to the extent of telling them that I have given the persons number as a guarantor for my CREDIT CARD in case I fail to pay the dues back to BHARAPE. he has even said to these people that he will send recovery agents to their employers place for collection of dues. Truly speaking, BHARATPE does not have any right to call these people (Some of whom I have not even met and there is nothing common apart from the fact that we stay in the same society). The relationship is between me and BHARATPE and SMB CARD and is nowhere concerned with any of these people. He has even gone to the extent of calling my Mobile Contact Number threatening with consequences. I fear for me and my family life and I live in this fear day in and day out wondering when they would attack us.
                                I have never denied to pay back the money nor will I run away from my obligation. But calling people known to me and maligning my reputation is something which is not acceptable and uncalled for.
