I wanna say that when I pay with scanner code on Bharat pe amount 5k (21/07/2022)and this amount not show in my account. Now the 5 days going gone..Please update my account details because payment not received my Bharat pay..I don't know what's the issue and I have received a short notification on whatsapp that I recieved but when I check my account so amount not show in my account..Please as soon as possible contact me [protected] contact me as soon as possible

    My bharatpe account is not showing proper balance. The amount of two transaction is missing and not showing it to transfer to bank account. It is a humble request to bharatpe to look further in my complaint.

          Address: Bharat pay,

          On 4th july I rcv 120000 by Bharat swipe
          On 19th july also rcv 39900
          But on 19th july as per new company policy mdr charged 588 after mdr charges the amount will be 39212.

          On 4th july there r no mdr charges so the amount I rcv 0 intrrest after 15 days the amount is 120000

          So on 19th july the total amount withdraw will be 159312
          But I rcv 157945

          Rest amount not rcv after many complain many call no one responded

            Once app is installed they get access to the data from the customers mobile like contacts etc, and the data is shared to other companies and call centers and make abusive and harassment calls to the customes, kindly see through this issues, its illegal to access someone's dats and use it to harass customers,
            BharatPe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I have sent a mail regarding the same few months before, but didt get any response from the support team, and i have all the call records to which bharathpe had called and harasses, hence forth i am filing complaint against the software privact issues and also a complaint on defamation against the company, i will check till the end of july, if the calls didt stop then i will have no reason to file a complaint. So kindly check with the management and try to resolve the issue asap.

              I am with Bharat payee since dec 2021
              I have made nearly 8lakh of transaction from dec 2021 to till date
              I got offer of 5lakh loan on 16 july2022
              I filled all document
              Yet my loan got rejected
              They say it does match our cateria
              When I am daily using Bharat payee and making transaction of 5thousand without fail yet my loan get rejected
              I am very annoy with Bharat payee

                  In my bharatpe app I had 82, 029 points but in my app showing only 1 point I am asking to update my points from last 3 days but they are not updating plz update my points ASAP. THANKING YOU.

                      I have been using BharatPe App to accept payments at my shop and recently found that Settlements / Withdrawal are on hold since 02 july 2022.

                      It has been 15 days tracking my complaint with their customer care department and many tickets numbers have been generated. I have uploaded all the documents requested by them but still the complaint is pending with no response from their side. I have made numerous requests by call / chat / call backs for timely resolution.
                      The last ticket no. is 9058676.

                        Sir,

                        Under the instructions and authority of my client Sh.Amit Goyal son of Late Sh. Mohan Lal, resident of VPO Balbera, Tehsil & District Patiala, I hereby serve upon you with the following legal notice as under:-

                        That my client is having a Credit Card of addressee No.3 Bharat Pe (Visa) No. [protected]. My client has linked his Bharat Pe Credit Card with PayZapp mobile app having registered no. [protected] with addressee No.1, from where, my client operates his financial transactions through the said app. The said PayZapp mobile app is being run by HDFC Bank.

                        That recently on 03.05.2022, my client did a transaction of Rs.4500/- through PayZapp (addressee No.1) by scanning bar Code of Jass Electronics who has TID No. 60594181, registered mobile No. [protected] with HDFC Bank vide Transaction ID[protected]fR82oP6. However, to the utter shock, the said amount was debited from bank account of my client through Payzapp but it was neither credited in said ID of Jass Electronics but nor refunded to my client.

                        That thereafter, my client sent various emails and made mobile calls vide which he lodged his complaint, but to utter shock, no response has been given till date nor grievances of my client have been redressed.

                        That my client has suffered financial loss as the amount was debited from his account but not credited in the account of beneficiary. Rather, my client has to suffer additional burden by paying the amount from his own pocket.

                        That despite number of requests and emails, you did not pay heed to requests of my client and nor did any needful in the matter.

                        That there is clear cut deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on your part. You have made my client as a scapegoat for your monetary gains and to cause wrongful loss to my client. For which, you are also liable to pay compensation to my client.

                        So, through this notice, you are hereby called upon to refund the amount of Rs.4500/- and to pay compensation to the tune of Rs.50, 000/- and cost of legal notice as Rs.2200/- within the period of 15 days, failing which my client shall be constrained to initiate legal proceedings against you in the competent court of jurisdiction, in that event you shall be liable or responsible for all the costs of litigation, so incurred by my client in this behalf.

                              I've done the settlement from Bharatpe account to my bank account but the amount is not reflecting on my bank balance. I've done settlement before also but this is the first time I've faced this issue. Please help.

                                Unable to repay Loan

                                Hi there
                                I took a loan of ₹160000 from Bharatpe. But now my shop is closed because the house owner forcefully took it over. We are distressed right now as we don't have any income.
                                Kindly provide us 2 3 months time to repay your loan.
                                And since you have access to my contact list, please don't call my relatives and disturb them....

                                Online fraud through BharatPe UPI

                                It is very painful to inform you that your UPI account holder is committing fraud to people out of which one incident has occurred with me. I am trying to search the contact number regarding booking the room in the Swargashram Trust Rishikesh online. When I searched on the google website, the contact no.                                 i am a user of bharatpemerchant from latur, maharashtra. On date 12 jul 2022 at 8:41 pm one of our customer paid payment through qr scanner by using amazon pay transaction id:[protected] bank reference id:[protected], but their is no any message from your app, after some time i tried to check from your bharatpe app, but due to my app is not updated, their is update notification seen .I updated my app, but their is not showing payment of rs.350/- i wait for one day for checking payment but not received.
                                So i called your helpline no. On 13 jul 2022 but their also not resolved my problem.
                                Hence i requesting you to please check all details and refund my payment and try to help me.
