    I’m trying to contact bharat pe since last 20 days but there’s literally no way i can contact them, they’ve sent a speaker themselves that is not working and they’re charging 125 rs per month in vain and also they promised there would be no transaction fees and now they’re charging that too. No one is contacting to me even after trying so many times.

      I have done 1 transaction deposit of 5 lakhs in bharatpe the amount got debited from bank but still not deposited in bharatpe. Transaction date is 3rd july 10:02 pm.

        Hello sir .
        I am using their pay later postpe app .
        I am not not able to make the payment .
        I informed them so many times . But still they are not sending me the imps link . Everytime they say within 24 hours . But it's been w months . Now and they are continuously calling my contacts .

        I am ready to pay my payment still they are doing like this .

        Please help me

          The company sends a notification which is misleading and makes you change the old scheme to new scheme. Once clicked, there is no mechanism to go back. They have also mentioned a MDR rate of 0.5% for swiping charges as per new policy, but they are deducing 1.25% MDR for credit cards, which is not mentioned.

              I have been using BharatPe App to accept payments at my shop and recently found that Settlements / Withdrawal are on hold citing technical reasons.

              It has been 15 days tracking my complaint with their customer care department. I have uploaded all the documents requested by them but still the complaint is pending with no response from their side. I have made numerous requests by call / chat / call backs for timely resolution of my complaint but it's still not resolved.

              Customer care support is unable to resolve this issue.

              I will request you to look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                I took a lon from bharatpe and 56% is paid upto and still their agents hacked my phone and contracted one of the person and told about this things and irritated them by telling i have given their name and some documents to them about the person as security and now that person has sued me with legal notice.. is this ur kind of service literally i am paying daily and now this way u show ur service

                  On 22nd June i ordered an BharatPe Speaker which was a prepaid order and it was delivered on 25th June but after delivery the speaker was not working..and it is only saying that the application download failed.
                  I have contacted customer support so many times but they have not done anything from the past 7 days.
                  Also when i asked to return the product they are asking for an additional 250 rs for returning this product for the faulty speaker.

                  The speaker has not been used even for once.

                  Please help me with this.

                      Bharat Pe user number [protected] operates by the name Rahul Khan which also seems to be fraud . He promises delivery of goods and once payment is processed switches off his phone and send threatening msgs from other numbers to the buyer

                      Please block this number [protected] immediately from your platform so that others are not cheated

                        Refund not provided for swipe machine return

                        I Ordered Bharatswipe Machine(G2r0w363878) On 9/06/2022(Rana Daliya And Co.)(Reg. Mo No.[protected]) For Rs.7080 (Setup Fees + Life Time Fees) . I Received Machine On 10/06/2022.But Machine Not Able To Work On Same Day. So I Raised Complaint Second Is Started Working And I Done Test Transaction On Which 2% Mdr Charges Are Deducted And Remaining Amount Directly Credited To Bharat Pe Account. So There Is No 45 Days Free Credit Period Provided....

                            I m job seeker.i have seen post in fb for jobs.the person registration fee documents work 500 inr they said to pay..After my payment done they blocked me.
                            how Bharatpe allow this fraud person account giving upi id's?
                            please take immediate action to below image attached person bank account and all upi they surely doing fraud work. Please take immediate action get back my money.

                            Hello sir my name is sumit and i use bharatpe on my [protected] bharatpe give me 5000 credit limit and i have used 1292 rupees on amazon and my bharatpe credit limit was blocked and i pay all my due and after i pay my due my amazon transaction was refund but my transaction credit to bharatpe credit balance and my balance was blocked i raise a complaint in bharatpe they told me wait 25 jun 2022 but since nobody call me and my money also not credit to my account

                                  On 01/06/2022 I make two transaction using of BharatPostPe debit card of Rs.25000 and Rs.25000 But that both transaction are FAILED so, first transaction of Rs.25000 they refund me but second transaction of Rs.25000 they still not refund me from 01/06/2022 today is 23/06/2022 still they not give me my money back refunded as well as even they can not communicate with me I sent 41 mails to Bharat Post Pe customer care support desk. But they not even communicating with me.
                                  Is their showing it's successful but that transaction is FAILED but still not money return back screenshot attached.
