Hello. Sir i m user of bhartpe merchant app & i m also a member of bhartpe club.
They get 1499 rs. For joining the membership but qfter that they don't give us the benefits of it. I ordered speaker which is free for members but they should not take the orders for it...& when i call to costumer care they speak us with roughly & roudly voice...they should not give us proper answer for our complain...

      Dear Team,
      I have agricultural firm and I have made transactions of 1, 30, 000/- and these Bharat pe kept on hold with out proper reason and I have uploaded required documents multiple times but not releasing the hold.
      It is very high amount kept on hold.
      Kindly resolve the issue.
      Also done self transactions unknowingly and submitted required documents.

      Not resolved
      They hold money since more than a month.
      Bharat pe is doing business with keeping customers money.
      I will file a legal complaint against them if they didn't release the amount in next one week and charge 100 times of holding funds.

                I have applied for a loan on 16/06/2022, but my loan amount has not been disbursed yet... Instead of disbursing they are telling me to wait for the update of loan disbursal... After waiting again they are extending the date of disbursal... Please solve this issue ASAP... I got the update to wait till 09/07/2022 for the disbursal of loan...

                Amount not disbursed after long time with this such low amount ..doing miscommunication to the merchants..stop give us false hope its not sign of growing company.

                    According to bhart pay policy card swipe karne ke baad agar 15 days ke pehele withdrawal krte hi to copnay charges cut karti hai but abhi swipe karte hi direct chrge karti hai company ne apni new policy update karne ke pehle humy kuch bhi inform nahi kiya gya 50000 ke card swipe par 1032.50 rupay mujy crhg kiye gye meri bina permission ke mere paise cut hur mujy mere paise mujy wapic caye tid no-bp078177

                        Postpe App is not working when I am trying to make repayment due to which I have been charged interest rate I have send several mail to there customer care but nobody respond to it

                        There's no customer service number to contact as well

                            I’m trying to contact bharat pe since last 20 days but there’s literally no way i can contact them, they’ve sent a speaker themselves that is not working and they’re charging 125 rs per month in vain and also they promised there would be no transaction fees and now they’re charging that too. No one is contacting to me even after trying so many times.

                                Hello sir .
                                I am using their pay later postpe app .
                                I am not not able to make the payment .
                                I informed them so many times . But still they are not sending me the imps link . Everytime they say within 24 hours . But it's been w months . Now and they are continuously calling my contacts .

                                I am ready to pay my payment still they are doing like this .

                                Please help me

                                  The company sends a notification which is misleading and makes you change the old scheme to new scheme. Once clicked, there is no mechanism to go back. They have also mentioned a MDR rate of 0.5% for swiping charges as per new policy, but they are deducing 1.25% MDR for credit cards, which is not mentioned.

                                      I have been using BharatPe App to accept payments at my shop and recently found that Settlements / Withdrawal are on hold citing technical reasons.

                                      It has been 15 days tracking my complaint with their customer care department. I have uploaded all the documents requested by them but still the complaint is pending with no response from their side. I have made numerous requests by call / chat / call backs for timely resolution of my complaint but it's still not resolved.

                                      Customer care support is unable to resolve this issue.

                                      I will request you to look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                        I took a lon from bharatpe and 56% is paid upto and still their agents hacked my phone and contracted one of the person and told about this things and irritated them by telling i have given their name and some documents to them about the person as security and now that person has sued me with legal notice.. is this ur kind of service literally i am paying daily and now this way u show ur service
