            I have taken loan of rupees 100, 000 from Bharat pe in February 2021 and I was paying regularly till october 2021. I have paid 80, 000 and 30, 000 is pending and because of some issues I have stopped my business. I said then that I will pay rest amount very soon because I am setting up new business, but that are calling and harrasing me an my contact list and abusing everyday.

                Dear Sir

                My name is VIRAJSINH VIJAYKUMAR KALE I am writing this mail to lodge a formal complaint against BHARATPE for mental harassment and torture meted out to me by their so called recovery agents. IT all started when I had to incur some expenses and I had swiped my card for my personal as well as some medical reasons. I know I had to pay them and I did pay them on a continuous basis till MARCH 2020 after which I lost my continuous source of income and was without any support. These guys started troubling me and calling me asking for money for which I constantly requested to give me time frame and was even ready to settle my account but the maximum time frame that they would be giving me was 4 to 5 months in which I need to pay the settlement amount. The same was impossible.

                The situation turned for the worse since 10th May 2020. This Person by the name Mr. Shinde [protected] and Mr Solanki [protected] who says, represents BHARATPE MERCHANT LOAN started calling me and asking me for payment of dues. I again asked him for time which he was not ready to give. he then started calling my friends, relatives, my society people and troubling them and even going to the extent of telling them that I have given the persons number as a guarantor for my personal loan in case I fail to pay the dues back to BHARAPE. he has even said to these people that he will send recovery agents to their employers place for collection of dues. Truly speaking, BHARATPE does not have any right to call these people (Some of whom I have not even met and there is nothing common apart from the fact that we stay in the same society). The relationship is between me and BHARATPE LOAN and is nowhere concerned with any of these people. He has even gone to the extent of calling my Mobile Contact Number threatening with consequences. I fear for me and my family life and I live in this fear day in and day out wondering when they would attack us.

                I have never denied to pay back the money nor will I run away from my obligation. But calling people known to me and maligning my reputation is something which is not acceptable and uncalled for.

                    I have made a icici bank credit card payment of Rs 25000 through postpe credit card payment app and it was showing successful transaction on date 25 April 2022 but transaction amount not credited in my icici bank credit card and same on 12 may 2022 payment got reversed after 18 days similar we have called/mailed multiple times on your customer care support no one helped over this due to lack of payment now icici bank charged the penalty interest of non-payment and same our cibil score also impacted

                    Revert us as soon as possible because only your gateway/bank is responsible for all this and same my credit score impacted or penalty charged due to late payment processed by you so only you are responsible for all this mash up..Revert us or mailed to icici bank to reverse the credit card late penalty charged due to your lack of.otherwise we will file a legal complaint on this as you people already mention that all failed payment will everwse with in maximum 7 days otherwise all the penalty and charged will borne by you

                      I have around 1 lac 30 thousand money in my bharatpe and I transferred my money in my bank through bharatpe on 10 may at night it shows pending and in around one hour it is showing that transection successful but I do not get my money back... When the next day I called customer care of bharatpe they told me to upload proof of my bank statement I uploaded it and they said that I get called by concern team with in 24 hs but after 24 hs I get a call from a man that he told me I will get money before 20 of May... And after that now I am calling the customer care they said that concern team will contact to me in 24 hs but still I didn't get any call from that end I was need urgent of those money but now what will I do I can't understand... Please help me out

                          A year back I took a loan of 100000 for small businesswe have paid 68000.Due to pandemic we suffered huge loss and we closed the shop.I'm getting harassment calls from telecallers.Even they are calling to my relatives who are in my contact list.Not only that they are using very unhygienic and filthy language.

                                I am getting calls from the loan department (Bharatpe Non banking finance company)
                                Asking me to repay loan I never took from you. I informed the lady calling me that i never took any loan also have never added my self as guaranteeer for someone else. Then the abusive language started from the caller who also said that she do not care where i complaint about her or company. I am already going to near by police station to register complaint and have already registered one with consumer forum. Bharatpe do not have any right to call random numbers for loan recovery and mentally harash someone who denies to agree them.

                                    Dear Sir I am Hardeep S/o Roshan Lal R/o village and post office Sajuma, District Kaithal Haryana and I have running a CSC of CSC e-GOVERNESS Services India ltd in my village sajuma from 2014. In demonetisation period an BharatPe agent visit my center and register me as a Marchant in BharatPe system and delivered me QR code for my center. I have used BharatPe last on 25 Feb 2021 and after that I Unstalled the BharatPe app from my smartphone. But suddenly on 08 April 2022 i get a sms from BharatPe for added money in my wallet but i have not performed any transactions on my wallet. Immediately i called to BharatPe helpline and register a complaint regarding this transaction. BharatPe provide me Ticket no[protected] by whatsapp or sms but after 30 days waiting i not get any respounce from BharatPe till now. So please share me details of sender of this transaction in my BharatPe wallet.
