    We are in commercial contract since last 2 years with BharatPe for that their salesman had come collected our details for KYC and provided us with a QR code for our Business Entity named as Star Line Shoes, Ambernath and accordingly we had asked them to prepare a contract with terms and conditions, wherein they were supposed to mention when and how the payment reached them from the transactions and how and when it will be credited to our bank account. Done via the QR code, but till today such contract has not been made. The reason for the same is best known to them despite of several reminders.
    The transactions were made on the said QR code for since we recieved the QR code. And such amount was being credited to us but all of a sudden from September 2021 till 10 March 2022 when I complained about such wrongful withholding of our Money the transactions happening via such QR code were withheld by BharatPe and were not credited to our bank account despite them already having all the KYC details since the beginning.
    The total amount withheld by them was Rs. 2, 75, 000/- plus
    Without my knowledge such amount has been wrongfully withheld by them has caused me gross financial losses and mental agony. Upon contacting regarding such fraud they sent me my money without giving reasons to justify their act. It is a clear act of intentionally depriving me of the money that I have earned trusting them to credit such amount to me duly.
    I WAS NOT EVEN ONCE MADE AWARE OF SUCH AMOUNT BEING WITHHELD BY THEM.
    Had i not cross checked the records, their mal-intentions of withholding my money would not have been revealed. Such negligent and fraudulent act of hiding the facts from me with clear mal-intentions of purposely keeping my money with you is not acceptable by any means.
    This business is owned and operated by a senior citizen of 70 years and withholding such amount from me is a crime. Despite several reminders dated[protected];[protected]; and other phone conversations requesting reasons for such wrongful holding of such huge amount by them and how they are going to compensate me for the losses, how are they going to compensate wrongful gains in the manner of the interest earned by them by withholding my money with them For such fraudulent act of theirs i will be compelled to refer this case to the cyber crime, lacking your satisfactory answer.
    Their email replies are conveniently neglecting asking registered number which is very unsatisfactory. And wrong on your part.
    Till date no reason is given to me as to why my money was wrongfully held by you instead of being credited to my account.

            my credit card in used in your bank ..my card in used in merchant bar code 9 jan 2022. amount 25000rs but transaction in declined and payment not refund in my credit card

            same problem 4 Aprail2022 amount 20000 rs and 18000 rs

              I have paid all due on time. But penalty on me 1717 rupee. I talk to CX care, he reply to me, you withdraw same day some amount. So penalty this. This condition is not mentioned in any term and condition.

                I am sunanda proprietor of Trinity Tours and Travels. I have accepted a transaction of One Lakh Rupees (1, 00, 000) from Customer Kiran on 26th March 2022. I have submitted the invoice for the transaction which was held by Bharatpe. They are rejecting without any reason. They have rejected 5 times continuously. I have also got user consent letter. Please help.

                  Ordered swipe machine 2 weeks back. It is not working amd problem is not solved by bharatpe customer care and when i am opting for refund. The same is not issued to me.

                    I ordered bharatpe speaker, 19 march, 2022 and made payment through upi id, but i am not getting any confirmation regarding order and not received order yet.
                    I had register 4+ complaint regarding it, from bharatpe support-24/7, but they keep tolerating my issue, they said that they fixy problem within 2 April 2022 but there is no action.
                    I have attached proof of transaction.

                    The last i am gona FIR within 24h for the same, if there is not action against my complain.

                          Well i didn't lose any huge amount of money but this person is roaming free on a very reputated website freelancer.in and cheating on people hard earned money.

                          There should be taken proper measures to punish this fraudster and preventing him to do this ever again.

                            BharatPe blocked my account without any reason. Now i am unable to receive payments and my ₹44, 000 stucked in BharatPe Account, that was my 2 months saving. I am really very disappointed. BharatPe customer service is very poor. First they said Wait 1 day, now they are saying Wait 7 days. I am really very disappointed. Please help me.

                            Dear Team we have purchase bharatpe swipe card machine before 2, 3 month approx and we have to inform bharat pe. Customer service and nodal authorities our QR transactions details not show on swipe machine and Dynamic QR payment not process many time we have to share with video on Customer support and twitter media also but they cannot resolve this issue our registered number is [protected] kindly look we want to take legal complained against bharatpe and claim our losses through consumer court .

                              Due to covid i have lost my Job and I am unable to pay EMI but I am informed to bharatpe i will pay soon and if possible i will do the settlement. But they started calling from my contact book which is not in RBI rules. They have accessed my contact book and started calling them. They shared my data with everyone. It's totally against RBI guidelines. Who gives them permission to access my contact book. I will not pay until the further action is taken. I am also going to complain to RBI.

                                      I got new card swipe machine from Bharat pe in jan 2022 it was company charged. when i try to charged it first time on 30 jan 2022. It was not showing charging and even trying to put on machine but in vain. since 31 jan 2022 i repeatedly complaint at their call center they always give me a new complaint number. but after passing 49 days no body frm bharat pe office come attend the complaint.
