              I have borrowed loan from bharatpe and I have paid the principle amount and interest of Rs 8000 need to pay.
              I have closed my shop due to covid situation and I asked Bharatpe for time.. i wil repay as soon as possible or once again shop opened

              At this case, they are keep on blackmailing me, sending continuous text messages and calling.. they are torturing me..but I beared all of this..

              Now they stole contact from my mobile and sending to me and blackmailing

                Transaction was successful from my end,
                But the retail ascertained that money was not reflected in his account...hence I again paid

                  I was trying to sell a product via OLX portal. The person, named Rohit Sharma contacted me and asked me to scan QR code so that money will be credited to my account via BHARAT PAY.

                  Instead of crediting the amount, the money got debited.

                  Please see the screenshot.

                  Please reverse the transaction as THIS IS A FRAUD CASE.

                    The Bharatpe Customer care executive (named himself Saurabh Pandey, called from no: [protected]) had called multiple time on 19th of Jan to convince to purchase their Swipe machine, i had half way already completed the registration of device, but i had doubt in one of the aspects because of which i had kept it pending, The clarification was that i had Input my Pan no instead of my Fathers Pan no to Link the current account, and i wanted to change it.

                    So the executive confirmed multiple times that i will be able to change the Pan no at a later date within 5 days from receipt of the Swipe machine, i had confirmed this multiple times, and he had confirmed that we will be able to change Pan also and hence account details will automatically change.

                    So i Paid 5000.00 on same day online and purchased it later, when i received the swipe machine i was unable to change the Pan details, when confirmed with other customer care all of them said we cannot change it, hence i demanded refund, the request for which got rejected on 29th of Jan, when again discussed with the executive they gave me a break up of Rs.800 which will be deducted if i want to return.

                    I was totally Misguided to buy this product and hence any deduction is not acceptable, but the customer care is unwilling to accept the same.

                      I have an investment account with bharatpe. All my money which come from scan and pay settled into it. I have 201058 rupees in this account. But from last 4 days, I am unable to withdraw my money from this account. I am continuously complaining to bharatpe support team through phone as well as through chat. All time, their response is same, they we escalate your issue and our team will call you in next 24 hours . It's more than 4 days, i don't receive any call from team. In last four days, i contented them daily and they are saying same thing everyday.
                      Please help me in this regard.

They are calling unknown people and giving false information abt them being as the gurantee to the loan...they are calling all contacts from the my phone and abusing them... Even family member's

                                My name is Chaudhury Safir Uddin khan. I had invested in 12% club app (powered by bharatpe) Rs 3035.00 on 16 Dec 2021. after that, on 14 Jan 2022, I wanted to withdraw my amount of Rs 3064.00 to my registered (SBI)account number, ( account number is 400...4152.) but that amount had not been credited into my registered account. already 13 days passed, but no amount has been credited to my account till now. I have sent lots of emails to bharape customer service and 12% club app, but my issue has not been resolved from their side. they have cheated me and every time customer service executive lied and blamed me over my issue.
                                so I request you plz take action on my issue as soon as possible. if you get my issue resolved, I will be thankful to you forever.

And for that I took loan from bharatpe. Of RS 45000/- i have repay almost 75% of my loan amount. But due to covid and lockdown in 2021 my business is closed. Right now I don't have money to repay. But I have complaint against recovery agents they have hacked my all contacts. They're calling everyone and talking very vulgar launguage with them. They are trying to defend me. Please stop this wrong. I have already registered a police complaint against that agent. However they are trying to do it again and again. If you never take action I ll take action with media.
