    Hi... This complaint is raised as I encountered a couple of settlement issues on 19/11/2021, 01/01/2022, 002/01/2022. I have attached the images here on the customer payments for which the settlement is not yet made. Please let me know your concerns.

      I have done a transaction of Rs.234 from my bharatpe account on 24december 2021 at about 11:42 a.m, the money has been debited from my account but payment is showing as failed but the money has been debited from my google pe account.

            Amount stuck at bharat pay

            Address: 181 B sigma city zirakpur

            Hi,

            On ticket number : 6261043

            I have raised a dispute to my axis bank they are taking now strict action against bharat pe. My account Rs1850 is debited 2 times on 5th December to same merchant through bharat pe but Merchant receives only one time. Also I have seen the bank transactions of merchant he is not yet received 2nd time. Neither the amount credited in beneficiary not in merchant it is stucked on bharat...

              Despite submitting BANK STATEMENTS, MONEY NOT REVERSED for Failed Transaction in “BHARAT-PE”

              May I know still how many days, I have to keep following up with you people on daily basis ?

                My family members, friends and all my contact in contact list receiving calls from bharat pe.regarding my loan which is taken from bharat pe. It is very embarrassing to me. My clients, customers also got call from bharat pe.
                I told them that I'll pay my EDI, but even after that my relatives receiving calls continuously.

                  Bharatpe settlement amount ₹ 200000 was withdrawn on 28th Dec 2021 . I have received message from bharatpe that the process is successful and the amount will be transferred to my bank account .but I did not received any amount ..I am. Calling customer care everytime but no responce they are saying our team will contact but no one contacted me sofar.
                  I have made several attempts to customer care to get the details or head office branch no they are not providing any details

                  Kindly look into it and help he get my money back

                      Iam a prime member of Bharath pay and iam facing the settlement issue, investment account issue in adding amount & also I have done payment of the credit which is used but not updated. I am facing this issue since 23 December. I have been complaining the issues with the chat team and customer team since 3 days but I couldn't get proper response and no issue is resolved. For your reference iam attaching screenshot of the complaint which iam facing. Make it done clear and get it resolved as early as possible. Looking forward for your early response.
