I have purchased some services from an app and i have been cheated and i was not given the services assured by the app. I want to request refund of my transaction done from the paytm upi.

I have been using bharatpe since 2years till now it was good but suddenly on 7th dec 2021 i was trying to transfer my money to my bank account but unfortunately it was not getting transferred insted pop up is coming transaction not allowed contact customer care. When i spoke to them they asked me to screen record n send i did tge same now they are asking to send aadhar card, bank statement, gst, and work what i do...is this the way to irritate people they dont know why it happened just kept my hard earning on hold

The amount that should be credited on my bank on 28th of july is not credited till now.I have been calling bharat pe customer service from that date and they have not able to give a solution for this problem.Kindly do the necessary.

I am a Flowerist and using Bharatpe for one year.
I was receiving all the payments through qr code on time but i have not received 27th November and 5 December's payments of 1800₹ & 3100₹ respectively.
Although customers shown the proof of the amount being debited from their accounts whose' proof I have attached...
Kindly look into this matter and solve my problem.
I hope to recover my 4900₹ as soon as possible.

I am Gangadhar and We have taken a loan of 1lac in 2020 and we have been paying the amount and the current balance is 28, 200. In spite of the payment, we are getting threatening calls from the customer care to myself and all the contacts in my contact list which is not legal. Just want to clarify who has been given the authority to take my contact list without my consent and disturbing their privacy. I have never given any references/approval to contact or disturb the people in my contact list who are not related to the loan .. these threatening calls are affecting my job and I am on the verge of losing my job. This kind of act and threatening calls are not legal from an organization like Bharat pe. I would accept an apology and explanation from bharatpe otherwise I would take this to the next level and file a case against it. Expecting a quick resolution to this issue which is affecting us personally and professionally. Gangadhar-[protected]

Merchant seems to be a fraud.
Hence need my money back.

Bharat pe first given very friendly service and they appointed robbers in company and how to loot a people . My daily cash deposits the credited in bharat pe account from 12th november to 30 th november rs 304482/- i have shocked when i call customer care roud behaviour and harras us then i have complainted and transferred my moneny in my bank account when i asked my investment intrest they have no any answer wihtou coustmer knoledge the cheater blocking money of coustomer. They are not apporved by rbi. So please dont belivee and delete bharat pe account

Ticket ID: 5555120, Amount is 90000/- I have registered complaint on 15th of Nov 21, Still issues has not cleared today date is 02-12-21 still the are saying wait till Dec 6th to get update not to clear the issue.

Previously the said 22nd of Nov end the issue will resolve, after from that day every day I'm call the customer support team the saying wait please issue will resolve ASAP.

Hello Sir, i am a loyal customer of Bharatpe App & also a member of Bharatpe Club (ID- CL-[protected]).
Recently i took a loan of rs. 40000/- from bharatpe app for my business purpose. After that i repay 54% of loan amount but due to some reason my repayment to bharatpe is gonna late but i pay in a minimum amount to bharatpe twice to thrice in a week.

i agree with bharatpe terms & i only give my son Number as reference Number But now after delay in payment bharatpe agents called my contact numbers & misbehavounig with them too much & say abusive words sometimes too.

i never gave any of my contact details as reference to bharatpe app but they call to numbers in my contacts & say that i gave there number as reference no. against the loan of rs. 40000/-.

I have a huge request to you that took action against this complaint in which they took misadvantage of my permission on behave of application policy.

We are useing your scanning we don't Ricisived amount properly and we having some douts please clear the doubt o[censored]s

Not able to view bharat pe of firm in any phone other than the phone with sim of a registered mobile number.
This option was earlier available. Due to app updation this feature is inactive now.
This is insisting me to switch from bharat pe to other aap.

I have made payment of Rs. 4300 through Bharthpe QR scanner on 25.11.2021 at 3.22pm, but same was not credited to the beneficiary till now. Respective amount has been deducted from my account, same was confirmed by my banker too. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Hai m cab driver and in Bharat pay app m getting my money after one day, but now days about Friday I don't get my money in to my account plz solve my problem

Date:28-11-21 in bhara pe QR i have collected 10200 rupees amount but second day 29-11-21 i shows that amount is 7850 in my account balance. So the difference between that amount 2350 is refund in account.

I have interacted much more times with customer care but they didn't give proper answer, they said my team will get back to you
Still i didn't get nay call from bharat pe team
Bharath pe holding 5 lakhs rupees from 21st of November
It is effective to my business
Huge amount they are in hold
I can't run the business eight now
Please help on this immediately
