Unauthorised UPI ID created by BharatPe user with my Phone Number

I received a call from a person claiming that he has sent me an UPI transfer using Paytm to an BharatPe UPI ID: "BHARATPE.[protected]@fbpe" belonging to a merchant named "Rajesh Singh So Mam". The UPI ID contains a phone number that belongs to me but the UPI ID as stated does not belong to me and the merchant name is also not my name.

This person insisted that an amount of INR 500.00 was transferred to me on this UPI ID, but...

Bharat pay, i had a transaction of rs 6996 on 19.11.2021, by name imtaiz ahmed at 16.45 pm, payment made one time and product took 2 pec, one time product value of 6996.00 has not been made by the customer, I requested the bharat pay customer care to give me the transaction details, with the bank from which the coustemer has made one time payment.but bharat pay denied to give me detail.pl.help me out to get the details .

    I scanned the QR code of Bharatpe merchant and sent 10, 000 Rs +2000 RS from my SBI bank account and PAYTM but the merchant is saying he dint Received the amount so I kindly request you to blacklist the merchant and revert my amount to my SBI BANK as I have already raised a complaint in my home branch and also FIR had been lodged so i'm sharing the required Evidence .
    so I kindly request you to resolve my issue as early as possible

        Sir/Mam,

        I am selling sofa cum bed on Olx and one party call me from this no. [protected] and ask for purchasing the same for 16, 000 afterward he ask me that you are using Phonepe so I replied yes so he send 1st QR code (paytm) of Rs 1 and ask me that you enter your pin to added amount in your bank and I follow the same due to lack knowledge and the amount will add to account afterward he send 2nd same QR code (bharatpe) of Rs9, 999 and ask me entry pin to add the amount in tour account at this time the amount was deducted in my account, I will ask to the party that the amount was deducted from my account and he ask me that I wrongly send payment QR code and he ask that he will send correct QR code afterward he send 3rd QR code (bharatpe)of Rs9, 999 and enter the pin I have no knowledge about this and I will enter the pin both time and the amount was deducted from my bank account once more time and finally I ask the party that the amount was deducted from my side twice. Then he send more QR code but i will not enter the QR code afterward he abusing me.

        Totally I lost 19, 998 from my account, the transaction ID was following:

                In-spite of several complaints and pursuance our request to rectify the mistake of pan card has not yet been resolved.
                We need the tds invoice to be issued in our firm pan card and not individual pan card.Our merchant id 1346690

I want to know in how many days my account balance refund will be credited back.I am sending pdf attachment in which it is clearly visible that my balance has been debited but 12% account has not been credited.Please try to refund my balance to my account soon.                           I have received 25K in my bhartpe wallet. However, as the account closed its not credited to my bank account. From last 12Days im reaching out to support but no use. Incident Numbers : 5300231, 5301363, 5312554, 5355371, 5360793, 5380991, 5398298, 5415149, 5415678, 5417889, 5418045, 5420933, 5421481, 5421874, 5421896, 5426073, 5461785. Still no proper resolution to change my account for fund transfer. its 13 days my 25K stuck with them due to App issue. Highlighted many times to their people but no use at all

                                I had taken loan of ruppess 75000 / from bharat pe application.i paid an amount of 71000 till today.i have an problem of my shop i failed to pay the EDI amount on time.i am attending calls and doing the part payments also.bharat pe agents calling to my whole contacts saying that i had taken loan on their nos.they all spoiled my name and abussing and threat saying i will spoil ur name and will calls your all contacts.
                                they torched mentally doing same things.i called bharat pe support team but still calls are coming.i also said that i will pay the penatly chgarges also but not listining to me.bharat pe have my contacts list access .

I have tried to reach the support team through calls and chats a number of times however the has been no positive response towards it. Even there is no mail id is getting shared to have written communication. mails are getting bounced to the concerned authorities mentioned. Please gt it sorted.

                                      Starting they have updated me that 5000 which we have given security deposit it was refundable totally but now these guys are telling 3000 charges and 2000 is the refundable I don't don't know tried to reach in many ways but no one is responding
                                      From Feb 2021 I was trying to reach for returning my machine at last they came in Oct 23 2021 but refund is happened partially and when I speak to them they didn't even giving explain they say just 3000 is charges but when they updated us regarding refundable amount is 5000
                                      No they tell me that they have wrongly updated itseems but I still have call recordings and screenshots that 5000 is the refundable amount
