My Bharat pay account settlement is in hold since 5 march 2024, we already submitted all the requested documents, then on 8 march it showing resolve but account didn’t unblocked, and generated new ticket which showing escalated, but today is 15 march, I m keep calling them and they every day saying today it will be done, but nothing happen yet. Becz of them my Money and business transaction is stuck . I already told them we are private limited and I already send them the doc but I think they already decided to keep that settlement money and blocked us. Very very but service, I will never use Bhartpay service in my any branches and do not recommend anybody. They only trying to keep people money that it . Bad service and support .

If anybody can help to resolve it and return our money then please help us.

    I am using Bharat pe pos machine, before taking pos, Bharat PE executive told me gst details are not required, bcz I am running local business, so I took machine and started using pos, very first transaction got me blocked message, invoice, gst number, so I gave the invoice, but the pos machine blocked, my amount is withheld last 1 month, it is very big 81199, and it affects the business, customer care does not answer, so much harresing this company,

      I did self transaction bharat pe by mistake and my account was blocked so I submitted my documents many times for unblock my account because some amount is stuck and they told me its take 7 days for unblock account and now 5 to 6 months completed
      My bharat pe mobile number is [protected] and this also my bharat pe number

        Hello sir
        I have a business named 'Omii Tours and Travels' in Pune, Maharashtra and I have 'Bharatpe' Company's swipe machine.
        On 24th February my customer 'Mr. Rohit Govind Yesekar’ swiped his Credit Card for 60, 000 on my swipe machine.
        But 'Bharatpe' Company held the money saying that the transaction is suspicious.
        When my customer called credit card support, it came to light that neither they nor my customer had made such a complaint.
        Still 'bharatpe' company is not refunding my money to me or my customer. And making us wait. But I need my money urgently. Please look into this soon and get me this money.
        I have given all the proofs regarding this transaction to 'Bharatpe' company.
        The details of the transaction are as follows
        Payment Mode - Visa Credit Card ending with 2542
        Amount - 60000

          Hello sir
          I have a business named 'Omii Tours and Travels' in Pune, Maharashtra and I have 'Bharatpe' Company's swipe machine.
          On 10th February my customer 'Mr. Sanket Shinde swiped his SBI Credit Card for 58, 000 on my swipe machine.
          But 'Bharatpe' Company held the money saying that the transaction is disputed.
          When my customer called SBI credit card support, it came to light that neither theu nor my customer had made such a complaint.
          Still 'bharatpe' company is not refunding my money to me or my customer. And making us wait 90 working days. But I need my money urgently. Please look into this soon and get me this money.
          I have given all the proofs regarding this transaction to 'Bharatpe' company.
          The details of the transaction are as follows

            Company sell me a pos machine with 7 days return policy with full refund, but i give a return request next day when i received the device, But 1 month over no body come for pickup my device and my pickup request is automatically closed after many calls and requests to their customer care but no body solve my problem, they ignore me repeatedly because they did it intentionally, This is very pathetic experience from a reputed company and they charged every month 472/-rs for the machine . Every commitments are wrong when they sell the machine, after sale service is very very very disappointing. I want to return my device still now, if they give me my money back.

              I pay 350 rp to deactivate BHARAT pe speaker. And then few weeks later deducted 1700rp something money from my daily collection.what is that nonsense charges taken from me.
              Im using BHARAT pe so long time no settlements on time daily EDI is not with fixed amount many issues but now BHARAT pe using third class criteria to run his business deducted nonsense amount 1700 to the bull ### speaker.
              The china quality plastic speaker was stopped working in few weeks then BHARAT pe charged for that 1700. Really? Is that worth it??...my refund and get my money back...BHARAT pe

                        I have sent Rs.563/- through Canara Bank UPI ref.[protected] on 3-8-23 for purchase og a Boat sound bar as per advertisement by Bharatpe. This amount was received by Bharatpe on 3-8-23 vide UPI ID- [protected]icici. I have rec eived a online receipt showing the order No.is 7721 from Bharatpe merchant. AsI Iiave not received the sound bar intime, I contacted the BOAT company and requested them to ship the sound bar.. The Boat company intimated me that they have not received the cost of the article from, anybody and this is afake advertisement and collection of money in GOOGLE net work. Infact the amount of Rs.563/- paid by me was collected by the Bhatepe giving a fake advertisement in GOOGLE and collected the money. I have contacted Bhartpe company in this regard but no tangible reply come from them. Pl. take up the matter with Bharatpe company and arrange to refund the money at the earliest

                            I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding two recent transactions conducted on my credit card.

                            On 27-Sep-2023, I initiated a POS transaction for Rs.30, 000, and on November 11, 2023, I made another transaction for Rs.31, 000. In both instances, the POS machine displayed the transactions as "Declined"; however, both amounts were debited from my credit card.

                            Despite multiple attempts to seek resolution, I have not received any refunds for these transactions. I have attached the transaction details along with snapshots of the declined transactions for your reference.

                            Given the urgency of the matter and the lack of a proper response from the bank, I kindly request your intervention to investigate and facilitate the resolution of these disputed transactions.

                            Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated, and I am hopeful for a swift resolution.

                              But these people are not responding, and every Month they are charging Rental of RS 500/-

                                I am writing to inform you that I, a resident of Hyderabad, currently hold a bharat pe loan issued by your esteemed bank. I wish to bring to your attention the matter of your collection team's persistent and unyielding behavior towards me despite being informed about my current financial situation and the reasons for payment delays on my end. Your agents have been making abusive calls at odd hours and even Calling to my Oldage Mother, Relatives & Friends from my contacts without any prior notice or identification cards/authorization letters from you.

                                Attached herewith is a recording of one such conversation with Mr. Sai Kiran & Raja Ramesh who called me from [protected], [protected] and other numbers. The call was characterized by continuous shouting and verbal abuse directed at me throughout its duration; this constitutes creditor harassment which has caused great inconvenience not only to myself but also to my Mother, family members & who have been subjected to similar treatment whenever they were found in proximity of my contacts. They clearely saying that BharatPe had given all my contacts & details to Harrase for repayments.

                                It is important for you to note that such activities are in clear violation of RBI guidelines regarding creditor harassment; therefore, strict actions will be taken against your agents should these behaviors continue unabatedly. I implore you thusly: kindly investigate this matter immediately and take necessary steps towards ending this unwarranted harassment activity as soon as possible lest legal action may become unavoidable.

                                Note: It must be brought up here that your agents called multiple times not only my native house but also those belonging to other relatives where they misbehaved with them using abusive language causing mental torture and stress especially for elderly Mother.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and product I received from Bharatpe. I ordered a Bharatpe device with OrderID 306853, which was delivered to me on 7th September 2023. However, I faced several issues with the device and the application.

                                      First, I was charged a higher MDR rate than what was communicated to me. I was told that the MDR charge for credit card transactions would be 1.40%, but I was charged 1.75% instead. I contacted Bharatpe customer support via email and they told me that I could change the MDR rate on the application. However, when I tried to do so, I found that the option was locked and I could not modify it.

                                      Second, I decided to return the device within the 7-day return policy period. I raised a return request with ID 470677 on 13th September 2023. However, the pickup agent did not show up for the scheduled pickup and later the return request was cancelled on 5th October without any communication from Bharatpe. When I contacted Bharatpe again, they told me to re-raise the request but they refused to provide me a refund.

                                      I find this unacceptable and unprofessional. I request you to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. I expect you to honour your commitments and policies and provide me with a full refund of the amount I paid for the device and the MDR charges.

                                      I have also attached all supporting documents.

                                        I have paid Rs, 563/- on 3-8-2023 through Canara Bank vide to Bharatpe Co, through Canara bank vide UPI ref.[protected] for purchase of BOAT audio sound bar. I have received an onl;ine receipt shoowing order No.7721(Copy attatched) Since I have not received any details regarding shipping of the sound bar from BOAT Co., I contacted them for the reason for the delay. In response to my letter the Boat Co., intimated that they have not received the amount from, Bharatpe Co. The amount has been receivede by the Bharatpe vide UPI Id.Bharatpe[protected]icici and issued a receipt showing the order No 7721,
                                        The matter has been takenup with the Bharatpe and no favourable reply received by them.

                                        It is therefore requested to kindly take the matter with Bharatpe CO., and arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.
