I have bharatpae swipe machine but machine nat working when I turn on the machine then show the error 'PNMPAY_012'

Dear Sir,

We are Geetha automotive LLP Car dealers in secunderabad mettuguda. One of our Customer paid twice Rs.25000 on 14.06.2023. But in our Bharat pay account ([protected]) only one payment was received . We have waited till today 23.06.2023 on one has responded . we also try to connect with Customer care support but bharatpe customer care portal also not working for raising complaint and customer care numbers [protected], [protected] also not working. Please resolve the issue as early as possible. customer paid screenshots and our account statement attached for your reference. please do the needful.

Hi sir/mam mai pichle 35 days se settelement block ki wajah se pareshan ho meri 77001 rs ki payment bharatpe per block hai jiske agains maine bharatpe sare ducument bhi send kiye per koi reply ni mila costumer support team ko call karta ho to wo sirf wait karne ko bolte hai 35 days se me wait kar raha ho sir sir aap meri help kare

My account is blocked...on 26th May 2023...I had contacted customer care several times via call and msgs but they is no certain response and reason ..they asked to submit documents and I had already submitted required documents...they are giving certain dates to solve problem but of no use... please go through it and help me regarding this...

Account blocked and money hold, no settlement and no support from their end. Account blocked from 9th June 2023 and nothing support. they are giving only extended date to date. 26, 914 rupees hold and no settlement.

Hi this is nikhil kohale. before 1 month my bharatpe has been blocked due to some suspicious activity and because of that my bank account is also freezed. i am asking for information who raised a complaint and i want to talk to that person to slove the problem. i dont even know who send me money who raised a complaint against me. i have right to information in india, bank is also not helping me a cyber police station is also not helping me only bharatpe can solve it.but they are telling me to just wait and wait its been 1 month but no solution is provided yet. pls take strict action against this fraud platform. because of their third class services i am facing so much issue, bharatpe is doing fraud with customers. i am not the first victim.

BharatPe blocked my account without any reason. Now i am unable to receive payments and my ₹25266.49 stucked in BharatPe Account, that was my Hardcore saving. I am really very disappointed. BharatPe customer service is very poor. First they said Wait 1 day, now they are saying Wait 7 days and so on. I am really very disappointed. Please help me.

I am bharatpe user, Bharatpe is block my account without any reason. When I call customer care they said provide related documents, I provide all the documents through Whatsapp Link, Mail and also Bharatpe App. But till now I didn't received any confirmation and not received any status regarding my unblocking account. I request to bharatpe team please unblock my account as per urgent basis.

3714 in my Bharat Pay account. on 20/05/2023 Cannot withdraw money from I have asked customer care for help and I have not received any reply yet. I have given all my id card and they are not doing anything. I want my Money is my own money. Money is my own money.
I need help, I won't pay anymore, I uninstalled the app and lost it..
They are total fraud. Block Akuan has shown a lot of poor people like this, this is a fraud and action should be taken against it.

Sir this is Pothavarjula Phalguna kumar...I m using bharatpe since one year... recently on 19th May 2023...my account had blocked showing susupecious activities...I had contacted customer care several times via calls and msgs...and they asked documents to submit...I had submitted required documents several times...they are giving some dates to solve problem...but there is no use...totally they not giving right solution...and my account is still in blocked... please go through it and solve my problem...

Sir my withdrawal has been blocked by BharatPe on 11-5-23 and no proper response from customer care is been given they are only telling to wait till june3rd
I have my own commitments so I require my funds urgently so please help me in getting withdrawal unblocked

I m business owner with name RUDRA HARDWARE STORE.
BHARATPE representative came to my shop for putting their QR code scanner for my shop as it is free of cost. Even They told me I can get speaker for payment recieving for just 352 rs one time cost, and I paid them. Today I recieved rs 340 from a customer after that I thought to transfer money to my acct from their app. But when tried to transfer it shows 298.17 rs can be transferred. I called customer care of bharatpe for this issue they told me 42 rs was monthly charge for speaker service from company. I told them I don't know about it as ur representative didn't told me abt monthly charges of speaker. I told them to cancel my speaker the customer care representative told me I have to pay 295 + GST extra for cancelling this service. And 352 charges are non refundable. Isn't it a fraud with customer. Then I told them I will pay 295+GST but they have to deactivate my account from Bharatpe. But they told me we can't do it. It is not possible. I told don't want to share any kind of my details with ur company so u have to delete or deactivate it. But they said it was not possible. This is a fraud company and they are fooling people and milking money from customers. What should I do now kindly show me the way.

Bharatpe block my account on 7th may 2023 without intimate me i have go help section and complaint regarding this they are not give proper resone for block my account. They request for some documents for unblock account like adhar card, pan card, invoice, udyam certificate, bank statement, photo of shop. I have submitted all documents after 18 days my account is open after that i have raise withdraw request after few hours withdraw failed and my acco Again blocked. I have again go help section and talk with agent they told me submit all documents again. But i can’t understand why i am submitting again and again same documents. My ticket id 13646025 i have so many tickets genrate but my account not open. Please help

Hello I am Harsh from Jaipur and I was using postpe for 5-7 months but I lost my job during layoffs and they started harassing me and they called my relatives and friends and started spamming me and my friends and relatives and parents numbers and they abused me so much please take the action against them

I haVe already complaint againt bharatpe to customer service center but no respose, my brother is in hospitalized, bharatpe not settled my payment we are in trouble i need my amount, bharatpe not supporting me if something happened with me and my family due to payment, i will write a suicide note against bharatpe,
