    I purchased groceries from a small grocery shop and used paytm to make payment of Rs. 543/-. Initially the money was deducted and was taking time to show as successful. Merchant said no money received, i had to give back the things i purchased in the hope that it would be either reimbursed or credited to merchant. Later next day paytm showed payment credited to merchant. But merchant said no money received. Help me please to get a fix for this issue

      Hi,

      I have paid four times to merchant due incomplete transaction from phone and gpay from ICICI bank.
      Next day when i was checked with bank transaction history noticed money got deducted all four times, so immediately i was raised a complaint with phonepe and gpay and they told to contact merchant.
      When i brought this issue to merchant, he is not ready to check on this and also not ready to give back money.

        I was almost a victim of an UPI fraud and have reported it with cyber crime. This was on my ad in OLX on a sofa set.
        The scammer sent me the UPI code of
        bharat pe
        .
        The person was asking to scan his QR code and enter the pin. I am aware that if I entered the pin, then I would have lost 10k instead of receiving it. Reporting it so people do not face a fraud. I made a video of the whatsapp call through another phone. He was telling me that whatsapp calls are not recorded but I recorded it from another phone.

        Sending you the screenshots for reference. The video is very heavy to send here. If you are keen to investigate this, please let me know and I'll share the video with you.

          I already submit my kyc last 05 days back. But till machine not working, I continuesly call customer care from last 05 days but nobody resolve my issue. Kindly I request you please solve my issue earlier. Other wise please take your machine back & pay my refundable amount to my account.

                    This is to bring to your notice that I have been following with the different dignatories of your organisation regarding my concern

                    Since I am not receiving any positive response, my hope lies with you only.

                    Sir how can a financial institution delay current A/c payments of a customer for so long.

                    Our case is that we installed Bharat Pe's Swipe Machine on 3rd September 2021 by your company's sales executive Faraz Alam and 1st card was swiped on 6th September 2021 but I am facing many problems on daily basis and there is no proper feedback or communication established by your company's executives as everyone is busy transferring my case to one another as visible in the previous mail trails.

                    So I request you to kindly assign a responsible channel or any employee who can handle my case and give solution as it is very difficult for me to explain my case to every new person daily

                          Hi Team,

                          I have taken a pos machine from bharat pe September during which they have told me that I need deposit Rs.5000 as 1yime deposit. They have informed me that they will return the deposit amount whenever I wish to return the pos machine if I don't like their service.

                          Due to some technical reasons from Bharatpe end, none of the transaction was not allowed. So I decided to return the pos machine and last week your agent collected the machine and did not give any acknowledgement. Today only Rs.2232 was credited. Request you to please help in the return of the remaining Rs.2768.

                          There is no transparency in their working and no rules or guidelines in issuance of pos machine and no transparency in charging of transactions, I request you to take a complaint against them and request you to credit my remaining deposit amount and transaction charging which I have been incurred for me.

                          Please help!!!

                            They dont give any 20% off on electricity bill as said while purchasing club membership
                            They said me that the coupon will be applicable after 24hrs and then the merchant didn't even pickup my call
                            Membership is fraud and is of no use.
                            They do false sales i request all to not buy it

                              I got 30000 from bharatpe and my daily edi is 120. I couldnot pay daily edi during lockdown time. I owned a taxi that time. Now because of financial struggle i sold my taxi and now working as a driver. Still i am paying my edi but once in a week or two weeks collectively since i am getting weekly salary. The loan details are not visible in my app, they restricted me paying my edi through my gpay phonepe or bank transfer... the only way i pay my edi is through scanning their qr code in my mobile from any of my friends family or clients.. As i said they dont show my loan details either. Now they started to call to my contact list which is completly illegal. I just thoght bharatpe as genuine nbfc money lender and wont go this third rated way.. I am extremely disappointed by their actions.

                                  Fraudulent use of pan card without consent

                                  I'm trying to create a new merchant account in bharatpe. However while submitting the proofs, (pan card) it says the pan card is already linked to someother merchant account.
                                  i called to customer care & told them that someone else is using my pan card on bharatpe without my consent and i asked them to take action. They simply replied stating "it cannot be changed". What the hell!!
