I raised complaints many times but nobody response to me, while purchased the machine bharatpur said all transaction charges only 1% including GST but now a days they got charged 2.25% including GST, I m not received any confirmation from bharatpe regarding charges reviced but I got charged more form 1st of August, , kindly revised the charges 1% including GST and refund the extra charges for last 5 days transaction, otherwise terminate the services, I have enclosed bharatpe charges chat

I have taken a loan on bharat pe...I have clearing EDI timely...once it became difficult to clear that ...so I didn't clear it for 10days ...

On that day they called me and I answered they told me to clear half of the EDI by today ...I did that ...and cleared half of it

Next day again they suddenly called me and saying clear the full amount or else will call your references ...I said I will clear it by evening ... they didn't listened

After 10 mins they started accessing my all contacts starts with the first saved number ...they called that number and they said : This guy is taken loan by your name and said bad things about me and they even mentioned that i have taken the loan by their name and I linked them as my wife

And that is completely Rude ...how should they access my contacts and they are lying about me ..mm

Dear Team,

I m used bharatpe swiping machine since Mar 2021 onwards, bharatpe salse executive told all transaction charges 1% only the same has been applied but some times I got charged 1.7% + GST is this happened monthly 4 to 6 days, I called customer care there is no clear information, they said based on the transaction that charges applied, I don't know means based on the transaction, please give me a clear information and for what are the charges for swiping the card, and waive of last two days charged from 1% to 1.7 + GST

When I purchased the swiping machine all the transaction charges can apply @ 1% only, but here I got charged 1.7% + GST please give me a chat for the card swipe and resolve this issue...

सर जी, मैं होराम पुत्र धर्म पाल निवासी गाँव सोलरा पोस्ट मोहना तह व जिला पलवल हरियाणा का हू।मैं एक CSC संचालक हू, bhratpe वालों ने मुझे एक swip machine दी थी, मैं उस machine से बुढ़ापा पेंशन निकलता था लेकन 25 जून को मैंने 5200 रुपए निकल थे पैसे तो उस बन्दे खाते से निकल गए लेकिन मेरी statement मे नहीं आए ना ही मेरे खाते आए । मैंने इसके बारे कई बार complaint की bharatpe वालों ने जो documents मांगे वो मैंने दे थे लेकिन अभी तक कोई समाधान नहीं निकल पाया है ओर 26 जुलाई को 2500 रुपए निकले थे पैसे तो खाते से निकल गए लेकिन मेरे खाते मे नहीं आये उसकी भी complaint की लेकिन कोई समाधान नहीं निकला, बार -बार care वालों से बात करता रहा हू लेकिन अभी तक समस्या का कोई समाधान नहीं निकला है । सर जी अब मैं चाहता हू की मुझे मेरे पैसे वापिस मिल सके, मेरा मोबाईल न -[protected] है

They asked to pay 5000 for swipe machine but in refund they transferred only 4000.
They are fooling customers, they ask for money then they reject the kyc and then when customer ask for refund they they just transfer 4000
