I not received transaction, but customer showing transaction successfully, I checked in my bharatpe app, not received

380888 amount pending from 1month ..raised 100's of complaints..but no response please forward this issue to last level of service..i need money urgently..i have emergency..db jewellers adilabad

It has been more than a month completed..but still my 1 settlement showing pending..i raised 100's of complaints..they don't have proper escalation..every time they will tell 24hrs ..but that 24hrs never complete..[protected]

My self Maya rajput and I am a propertier or gaent shop in March I have got a loan offer from Bharat pay for rupees of 50k on 31 of March 2021 I have to take the loan ammount and I were repay everyday in April I miss my everyday Emi because of lockdown and I was covid positive and then I got a call from Bharat pay recovery department and I have no idea i[censored] will access my contact data or personal data so now you are using for loan repayment from my family or relatives why are you doing like this I got a loan and I have to pay but need a some time I will file a complaint and make a harresment case because of you thanku

An issue in the withdraw money from investment account amount of 20000/-. It has been 26days there is no response whenever I call support there keeps telling me 24 hours for the first two days. Then onwards 48 hours now they started saying 72 hours. still no money came to my bank account and did not repay my Investment A/c.

bharatpe i m v.saiteja i have taken loan from bharatpe i repaid half amount of principal amount due to lockdown and covid pandamice situtavation i lost my business and my job due to this not getting salary and money to survie the daily life in this critical situvation i got calls from bharatpe something no getting warrings and harrsing harshly talking with me valgur langague are using kindly am requesting to bharatpe team ensure the this type people not treat to like this customer harsment issue with call recordings is there

I hAve swipe my customer card amount of rs 27700 but i can only withdraw 7700 . 20000 is showing distuped transaction its been 12 june no response from companie i have called nearly 10 time to customer care . Telangana

on 14th of June i had ordered bharatpe swipe machine. and paid 5000 through UPI payment. till date i did not get the machine. when ever i am trying to call customer care every time they are saying our concern team will contact you in 24 Hours we are raising a ticket on your problem. but with out my problem solving they are closing the the ticket. with out solving my problem and without the intimation. when i am asking about the status and why you are closing the ticket they are not answering my question. their is no response from the bharatpe customer service. i request you to take an action on this issue.
