My name is KINTHALI PRADEEP. i am using bharat pe with trade name KINTHALI KONDALA RAO KIRANA. on 22 of this month i received 780 as bharat pe through scaning the QR code. But Still the amount is not credited in my account. pls solve my problem as soon as possible

18 may 2021 ko 50000 ka settlement kiya hai, but abhi tak paisa account main aaya nhi hai.main bahut baar complaint kiya hai, but is par abhi tak answer kiya nhi hai, amount abhi tak account main aaya nhi hai. plz urgently process karo.nhi to kuch police complaint karana padega.

I am using bharatpe for long time but there are 5 to 8 transactions where customers sent money but didn't get settled in my bank and bharatpe kept on hold. The transactions are from novemeber 2020, march 2021 and I have been complaining on bharatpe customer care since 3 months but still I haven't received my total amount of 16570/- They told me to submit my kyc and I submittted each and everything and still they haven't done my settlement.

Bharat pe is holding my amount Rs 10000 more than a month. Despite many calls and reminders they did not transfer my amount . I have noticed similar issue with other customers also.

Hello I received Rs 40000 on bharat swipe machine and I have submitted all the documents. I have call 100 times to the bharat pe but still I was unable to withdraw my money. No one can help me out for this so please help me Nd resolve it

I have been complaining on [protected]
That I am experiencing a fraud payments received on my A/c and now once they are settled they get automatically settled with remark of 0 rs settled and that received money happens to get vanished from my A/c.
I am feeling highly insecure since my amount is deducted without my consent.
And I don't know why but customer support is not able to solve this and without any action the case is marked solved.

Ridiculous and writting this email to draw your attention if not solved in 48 hours and if I face any financial loss BHARATPE WOULD BE LIABLE TO PAY ME MY LOSS OR THEFT AMOUNT.
And also will sue you at consumer court for fraud transaction and supporting to let this happen.

I have been following up for last 15 days for my money but your team doesnt feels like responding to it. Everytime i call them & this is what is has been said " Give us 24 hours we will provide you the resolution", 15 days have already passed hearing this statement again and again but no solution no calls/confirmation...

I have swiped my sbi credit card, dated on 18/04/2021 of Rs 10000.
I am not able to withdraw that amount till date.
I have contacted them several times but of no use, send reminders but in vain.

Bharatpe also collecting transaction charges for card swiping (around 1.75 % plus gst ).In their social media advertisement, transaction charge is free of cost.In the app they are showing swiping charge is 1%..

Which is correct ? why they are advertising zero transaction charge and misleading the customer.
No proper customer care to solve the issues and closing tickets without resolving the issue

After speaking to customer support several times they have given us the confirmation that the amount will be settled, below are the proofs:

I ordered the bharath swipe machine on 2nd April 2021 by paying 5000 and I have cancelled the same on 4th April due to some reasons and I have opted for refund of my amount..they told that on 9th April u got the refund but I didn't get any refund therefore I called them and told that I didn't get my refund..therefore they told me to provide the screenshot of the payment and bank statement and I provided that also..daily I am calling 4-5 times a day they are simply telling within 24hrs your issue will be resolved please wait but more than 45 days has been over but still I didn't got my refund...they are simply telling that with high priority we have escalated this issue please wait and our back end team is working on that...but till now nobody has been responded to me and still I didn't get my refund amount and i lost my hope that i will get my refund back...so please help me out of this...

I received payment of 10000/- on 30- Mar-21, but transaction showing under disputed, i have already submitted customer transaction statement and invoice but still no response. Many times call to customer care but no response.

I had took 50k loan from bharat pe and have been paying the daily installment (edi).
Now due to lockdown my business is not running, so I decided to pre close my loan.
I had done this before also, but now when I tried repayment the page simply keeps on loading. Tried contacting the support but one week effort didn't work. They are putting 50rs interest on a daily basis. They have no other resolution also. This is exploiting customers by giving loan and they say low interest but will charge more than that.
They must be put with criminal case
