I have initiated a transaction of Rs.70000 amount to bharathpe investment account, amount got debited from my bank account, but not credited to the investment account, raised chargeback request with bank, but the bank has confirmed that it has been reached to the beneficiary account, also contacted with bharathpe customer support, but they are helping, not even telling about transaction status and telling that we are not able to see that amount.
Requesting you to kindly help me on this to get my money back, it has been morethan a month ago, still bharat pe customer support not giving any resolution..attaching the relevant documents also..
