It's been multiple times raised the complaint against swiping machine battery problem, no one give proper response and closing the ticket saying issue as been resolved, but there isn't any such....

Sir mene apne bharatpe investment ac se 9 march 2021 ko Rs. 10003.29 rupay withdraw kiya tha lekin abhi tak mere bank ac me nhi aya hai plz refund my money in my bharat pe investment account.
mene bharatpe support me 100+ bar contact kiya lekin koi solution nhi mil rha hai plz refund me.

My self M/S Sri lakshmi medicals and general stores, sujathanagar, visakhapatnam, andhrapradesh. we are using bharatpe QR code in my shop for cashless transactions. from the date 27th MARCH 2021 TO 03rd APRIL 2021 transactions amount nor received in my current account. i gava lot of complaints to the customer care. But they are not solved my complaints till date...

Hi I'm a Merchant of BharatPe and I'm using BharatPe from Longtime. Customer paid me Rs.1001*5 = Rs.5005 on 05-Mar-2021 and Rs.1001*1 = Rs.1001 on 06-Mar-2021. I have taken a loan of 95000 from Bharatpe ( Resilient Innovations pvt.ltd, . A-45, Corner Market, Malviya Nagar, Opp Panchshila Rendezvous, New Delhi - 110017) I am regularly paying the daily instalments but due to corona lockdown in my city, my shop is still closed, Many times I talk to customer care BHARATPE but no satisfactory answer given to me .

I have having investment account in bharatpe, on31 st marchch we ask to credit my investment which was 569064 rs to bank account, but till today they have not credited amount to my bank account .no answer to call, email also...

2 edc settlements of rs 6976 dated 2 Feb 2021 and
Rs 5744 dated 25 March 2021 are yet to be credited to our bank account.
Have already contacted customer care for more than 10 times.

Due to some reasons I was not able to pay my edi on time and got late by few days. One of your recovery agents visited my house . The house was locked from outside and my two childrens were inside the house .your executive threatened the two small childrens and says them that ki apne baap ko bol dena ki paise karwa...

I had made a payment on 1st of march of amount rs 2700 on google pay using bharatpe qr code but due to timeout the amount has not been credited into the merchant account but my bank statement clearly shows that the amount has been debited from my account and have been manually credited into the federal bank of bharatpe.i have contacted bharatpe but since 1 month they have not been helping me out and the amount has not yet been refunded back...

Today I referred my friend on Bharatpe and We didn't get referral rewards . 200 Runs should be credited to both of ours account. And more runs of doing Payments. I even tried contact Bharatpe customer service but I was unable to get connected with them. Kindly provide me a Solution....

I had taken loan of ruppess 80000 / from bharat pe application.i paid an amount of 37980 till today.i have an problem of my shop i failed to pay the EDI amount on time.i am attending calls and doing the part payments also.bharat pe agents calling to my whole contacts saying that i had taken loan on their nos.they all spoiled my name and abussing and threat saying i will spoil ur name and will calls your all contacts.
