I have due in loan of 17000 rs.in this difficult situations of covid-19 I have no business.my shop remain close last 2 months.thats why I m unable to pay edi.but your recovery agent not able to understand my situation.they are calling my relatives number which they got my contact details.i don't how.please help contact [protected]

    I have initiated a transaction of Rs.70000 amount to bharathpe investment account, amount got debited from my bank account, but not credited to the investment account, raised chargeback request with bank, but the bank has confirmed that it has been reached to the beneficiary account, also contacted with bharathpe customer support, but they are helping, not even telling about transaction status and telling that we are not able to see that amount.

    Requesting you to kindly help me on this to get my money back, it has been morethan a month ago, still bharat pe customer support not giving any resolution..attaching the relevant documents also..

              My self M/S Sri lakshmi medicals and general stores, sujathanagar, visakhapatnam, andhrapradesh. we are using bharatpe QR code in my shop for cashless transactions. from the date 27th MARCH 2021 TO 03rd APRIL 2021 transactions amount nor received in my current account. i gava lot of complaints to the customer care. But they are not solved my complaints till date

                      Main bharatpe swipe machine se customer ke 10000 rupees swap kiya tha 24 march 2021 ko jo ki mere account me settelment hona tha 25 march ko jab main 25 march ko balace withdrwal ke payemnt bharatpe wallet se transfer karne ki koshish kiya to show hua cant withdrwal chargback pending ammount and na hi xtraincome card se withdrwal ho raha he ... Aaj mujhe poore 22 days ho gaye na hi customer care par ...Regular call and complain karne ke baad solution mila aur na hi video screenshot ye sab mail karne par bhi solution mil raha he balki pichle 22 dino se ye lo roz 24 hours ka wait karne ki bol rahe hen...Plz help me and refund my ammount...

                          Hi I'm a Merchant of BharatPe and I'm using BharatPe from Longtime. Customer paid me Rs.1001*5 = Rs.5005 on 05-Mar-2021 and Rs.1001*1 = Rs.1001 on 06-Mar-2021. I need to get the amount settled to my Bank Account instantly or by the end of the day.                             I have taken a loan of 95000 from Bharatpe ( Resilient Innovations pvt.ltd, . A-45, Corner Market, Malviya Nagar, Opp Panchshila Rendezvous, New Delhi - 110017) I am regularly paying the daily instalments but due to corona lockdown in my city, my shop is still closed, Many times I talk to customer care BHARATPE but no satisfactory answer given to me .
                            Bharatpe recovery agents are harassing my friends and relatives, I lodge complaint in the local police station but nothing happened, if this threat is continuous happens I will have kill myself nothing else

                                  Dear sir/ madam
                                  This is to inform you that I manish gupta is a bharat pe merchant and was running a loan account . How ever after the completion of my 75% loan edi. I was not able to pay the edis on time due to some personel reasons.
                                  Your recovery agent mr neeraj visited my residence on 3rd march The house was closed from outside and my two childrens were inside. The recovery agent threatened the two childrens by saying ki me tumhe ghar se utha lunga. Both the childrens use to cry and called me.i reached there after about half an hour. I came to know that the neighbour's gathered there and the executive just ran away. Then I called the police on 100 number and filed a complaint we use to call that guy and he was not picking the phone.
                                  Now I need a action on that guy or I should take action on that particular guy or the company.

                                    This is to inform you that I manish gupta is a customer of bharat pe. And is running a bussiness by the name of manish mirror. Due to some reasons I was not able to pay my edi on time and got late by few days. One of your recovery agents visited my house . The house was locked from outside and my two childrens were inside the house .your executive threatened the two small childrens and says them that ki apne baap ko bol dena ki paise karwa de nahi to tumhe ghar se utha lunga. Both the childrens start crying and our neighbour's gathered there and he just ran away. After some time I called the police as I reached there and file a complaint against him . After that he was not picking the phone . And both my childrens were in mental trauma and huge fear
                                    Sir I m however repaying my loan but I need a action on this recovery agent . If any action is not taken by you in this particular guy I have to take legal actinaganst the company.

                                      I had made a payment on 1st of march of amount rs 2700 on google pay using bharatpe qr code but due to timeout the amount has not been credited into the merchant account but my bank statement clearly shows that the amount has been debited from my account and have been manually credited into the federal bank of bharatpe.i have contacted bharatpe but since 1 month they have not been helping me out and the amount has not yet been refunded back into my account i have attached all the supporting documents my conact number is [protected]
