Regarding loan recovery agent.

Hello,
My family members, friends and all my contact in contact list receiving calls from bharat pe.regarding my loan which is taken from bharat pe. It is very embarrassing to me. My clients, customers also got call from bharat pe.
I told them that I'll pay my EDI, but even after that my relatives receiving calls continuously....

It's been 2 days and the merchant hasn't received money in his account.. and he's not delivering my product due to this reason..

    Sir I paid an amount of Rs 60 from Amazon Pay to Mother Diary counter through scan of QR code of Bharatpe but the same was not recieved by the merchant as per his statement. I am enclosing herewith screen shot of reference no, you are requested to reverse the payment and send me the refund ASAP.

      Dear Sir/Madam

      An old and faulty Swipe machine supplied by your excutive(Sardar ji) on 3rd FEB'2021 against a payment of 5000/-. At the time of supply machine was even discharged and he connected it to power supply with a old charger and machine was giving problem in swipe and screen was flickering. Your excutive told us to charge the machine for 2 hours but after charging more than 2 hours, the machine could not be charged.

      We have complaint at your customer care number and they assured to get it replaced within 3 working days but after 3 days nothing has been done at your end.

      Since today's evening we are making repeated calls at your customer care number and nobody is able to resolve the issue and just passing time.

      When we ask them to connect to thier Senior/Manager they made excuses that he is busy with another merchant. We asked them that we can wait for long hours till the Manager get free but after long waiting they disconnect the lines evertime and it happened 4 times.

      It seems there is nobody to care customers at your customer care centre.

      Please do the needful to replace the Swipe Machine without further delay.

                    Hi,
                    Amount, 1800 Rupees credited to Bharatpemarchant account from my phonepe without my knowledge.. there was no transaction done by me or other party involved. How could your account got credited as you r 3rd party service provider to phonepe .. please resend my money back ASAP

                        My name is madhuri dhavale and My mobile number [protected]. I have taken swipe machine from your agent before 6-7 month back. Now last 6 jan 2021 I have returned you machine. Your company guy told us payment will refund in 6-7 days but it's not credited in my account yet. I have called your customer care number lot of time. Everytime they told payment will credit in next 2 days but it's not credited.

                        Request you please do the needful and give my payment as per as possible.

                                Dear Team, My name is priyanka and registered mobile no is-[protected].
                                I have ordered an swipe machine through Bhararpay mobile application on[protected] with security deposit of rs 5000.
                                But the profile has been created with my name instead of my husband name so with the help of customer care I have cancelled it as they said that name will not be edited.
                                When the machine delivery was about to happen I told the delivery agent that I don’t need swipe machine as I have cancelled it and didn’t receive the delivery.
                                On 20 Jan 2021-I receive a call for swipe machine, person name is Sohail: his mobile no is- [protected] and I told them for refund he told that I need to send QR code to him and he will release payment, i have sent him qr code on whats app but still I did not receive the payment .
                                My Registered mobile no is [protected].
                                My Name priyanka Ashok Ghadge.
                                Ordered machine on[protected] and payment done through upi.
                                And all necessary screenshots are sent on their official email id also but no revert has been received yet. Many tickets are raised and many complaints are raised but all customer care executive are saying that i need to wait for 24 hours but it is happening from 13 Jan 2021.
                                And on 20 Jan 2021 i received message- Dear PRIYANKA ASHOK GHADGE, security deposit of INR 5000 for your BharatSwipe machine order has been refunded with your settlement today as your location is out of service area https://bharatpe.in/bharatswipe
