Hi, I have paid my electricity bill via Google pay. The amount was debited and paid to bharatpe but my bill is still pending. This is high unfortunate and unethical on your part as I m yet to get any confirmation or refund.

        I Koustubh k I ordered swipe machine on 20th December 2020 which was delivered on 27 th December 2020 but still not delivered today is 10 th February 2021 as I asked for refund but customer executive told me will call after 24 hours and still no one called me for that reason. On 21 st jan 2021 call from bharatpe said that your money will deposited on 26 Jan 2021 today is 10 Feb 2021 .

            My Bharatpe Merchant Account Phone Number [protected]

            On Date 28.12.2020 01.51Pm Added Rs.10000/- on bharatpe merchant account using paytm upi with Reference Number[protected] here money debited in my bank account but not added in bharatpe intrest account, i raised a complaint on central bank of india they said that from our side money debited and transfered succesfully now this time i raised a complaint on Bharatpe Customer support they are saying our team working on it from 5 the january till now money not credited to bank account nor bharatpe account

                    Sir I paid an amount of Rs 60 from Amazon Pay to Mother Diary counter through scan of QR code of Bharatpe but the same was not recieved by the merchant as per his statement. I am enclosing herewith screen shot of reference no, you are requested to reverse the payment and send me the refund ASAP.

                      Dear Sir/Madam

                      An old and faulty Swipe machine supplied by your excutive(Sardar ji) on 3rd FEB'2021 against a payment of 5000/-. At the time of supply machine was even discharged and he connected it to power supply with a old charger and machine was giving problem in swipe and screen was flickering. Your excutive told us to charge the machine for 2 hours but after charging more than 2 hours, the machine could not be charged.

                      We have complaint at your customer care number and they assured to get it replaced within 3 working days but after 3 days nothing has been done at your end.

                      Since today's evening we are making repeated calls at your customer care number and nobody is able to resolve the issue and just passing time.

                      When we ask them to connect to thier Senior/Manager they made excuses that he is busy with another merchant. We asked them that we can wait for long hours till the Manager get free but after long waiting they disconnect the lines evertime and it happened 4 times.

                      It seems there is nobody to care customers at your customer care centre.

                      Please do the needful to replace the Swipe Machine without further delay.

                                    Amount, 1800 Rupees credited to Bharatpemarchant account from my phonepe without my knowledge.. there was no transaction done by me or other party involved. How could your account got credited as you r 3rd party service provider to phonepe .. please resend my money back ASAP

Now last 6 jan 2021 I have returned you machine. Your company guy told us payment will refund in 6-7 days but it's not credited in my account yet. I have called your customer care number lot of time. Everytime they told payment will credit in next 2 days but it's not credited.
