    PAN number mismatch

    Dear sir /madam
    This mail is ragarding my pan number which is updated in my bharatpe marchent account is missmatch
    My pan number is ABVPU0045P
    But ther it's showing different pan number .as confirmed from contact centre people it's refresh for evry 90days but after 90days also it's showing same problem is am unable to apply for loan after doing many more transactions .and I would like to inform you that it is wrongly...

          I had done a transaction of bharat swipe balance withdrawal on 12th January 2021 and interest account withdrawal on 13th January 2021. Around 14 days over. Still the amount is pending with bharat pe. Yet the amount is not settled to provided bank account.

              My Bharat pe Number is [protected], with name Dream Consultant

              I added Rs 5000 through paytm to my Bharat pe interest account on 6th jan 2021

              Amount was debited from my bank account and transaction was successfully done by paytm

              But such amount is still not added to y bharat pe interest account

              I attach screenshot of successful payment

              I sent complaint mail on [protected]@bharatpe.com on 12 Jan 2021 and I continuously call your customer care for follow up, but still i not get any type of satisfied reply.

              Customer care representative tell, "Your issued will be solved in 24 hrs" but its pending from last 11 days.

              I also attach screenshot of complaint mail

              Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                        I have ordered goods in two different orders(601/- and 600/-) on January 2, 2021 using zopnow.in fake site via Facebook.
                        Goods were to be delivered on Jan 3, 2021 but I have not received goods of any of the two orders.
                        I did not receive any confirmation of order via SMS or email, although it was mentioned that I will receive within few minutes.
                        I have not saved order numbers assuming the above,
                        Payment was made online using Google Pay(through your gateway) and two receipts are attached.for your reference.

                        Quote from zopnow.in is given here for your reference:
                        "It has come to our notice that ZopNow.in is illegally using our brand name, logo, email and physical address. We have filed a case with Cybercell [Complaint Number: [protected]] regarding this. In case you have transacted at ZopNow.in please get in touch with your payment gateway for refund. Alternatively reach out to Cybercell. Please quote our complaint number as well so that this can be prioritized."

                        I request you to please help us in getting the refund of Rs1201/- immediately and oblige.

                          I made a payment by scanning QR code of bharatpe via ob 14th January 2021 to Indian bank amount of Rs 2000/-
                          I got a successful transaction message and my amount has been debited from my account. but the bank ( Indian bank) doesnt received the amount till now 15th January 2021.
                          I m requesting to you, please refund the amount or trasafer to above bank account.

                              I am using bhartpe swipe machine for 4 months, from day 1 it's a bad experience I am facing with the swipe machine and merchant app inspite of a number of calls from the past 1 month and complaints raised to the customer support till now issue not cleared even any technical executive not visited to address till now.

                              The amount ( Rs 1, 00, 000/-) swiped by using the swipe machine got stuck within the app wallet and not able to transfer to my linked bank account.

                              So I badly recommend bharatpe service to other merchants please take care.

                                I have ordered Xtra income card in Bharath pe on 28dec but I got message dat your card is delivered on 3jan.But I Didn't received any card from Bharath pe .I call them and discussed wat happen they told we r raising complaint.and we will call u.but till now there is no call and information

                                      I ordered a Bharatpe swipe machine on 11th November but unfortunately it was undeliverable at my address so Bhartpe customer executive said to me that your refund will be processed in 7 days but has not been done till now and also i have complained several times to Bharatpe customer support for my refund but every times they said to me that it will be processed with in 7 days. I want my 5000 Rupees which i have deposited to Bharatpe at the time of order of swipe machine. Really a bad experienced with bharatpe. I will file complaint at consumer court if my refund will not be processed with in 10 days.
