      Sir, I have order swipe machine(Rs 5000) on 5 august from their app after few days(12 Aug) message came that swipe machine is not available in your city, refund will be transfer to your account .But still today that is 4 December I have not received single rupees, I have call minimum 50 times to customer care but then also i have not received single Rupees, Customer care department says, we will solve your problem in 24hrs, 48hrs, 72hrs or you will receive call back from our department within 24hrs, but still today i haven't receive single call from their side. After two months (28 october)one bharat pe agent come to our shop he said i will give you bharat pe swipe machine through my end so he transfer 5000rs through my bharat pe app.Money has been transfer to bharat pe computer.After few days that is on 3 November, I have received bharat pe swipe machine which was order by by agent, not first one that is on 5 aug. I have also mail them my bank statement.

        With dew respect that, i am oyajul sk and i have a csc center at n0175 pransagar, bhabanitola, kaligram, chanchal, malda, 732126 (W.B).
        I Have register Bharatpe apps mobile no is-[protected], and i am bharatpe merchent. but problem is on 17/11/2020 at 12:13 pm bharatpe apps upi money transfer amount 21000 (twenty one thousand) R.S, Money sending fail, but my hdfc account debit money and apps show refund .Then soon i complain Bharatpe helpline desk and complain for this and suggested me please share your all bank ststements link and transfer beneficiary account on [protected]@bharatpe.com, then i sending my all bank statement sbi.canara, and hdfc bank accounts. and i call perday and pray for refund money, but sir, bharatpe not responde till now, i am helpless and confused, , so please took action as soon as possible and save fraud this and please tell their debit amount get sson refund.

        Sir, I am a Bharatpe merchant user and my Bharatpe merchant phone number is [protected], I have requested withdrawal amount of 15900/- in 26 December 2020, at morning 7:37am. But it still not credited to my Bank account. I have attached my recent bank statement in this email and I complained it on call your customer care and my ticket number is 1519595. And transection reference number is[protected]. Please check all details and refund my money as soon as possible.

          I added money to bharatpe interest account on 26october till now it's not reflected to my account from that day onwards I am calling to customer service they are saying wait 24 hrs or wait 48 hrs or 72 hrs but till now problem not solved it's nearly one month no response from them.

            Swiping machine showing PNMPAY_050 Error

            I already submit my kyc last 14 days back. But till machine not working, I continuesly call customer care from last 14 days but nobody resolve my issue. Kindly I request you please solve my issue earlier. Other wise please take your machine back & pay my refundable amount to my account....

            I was transaction on 15 November.i added amount of 420 rs in bharatpe interest account but bharatpe don't added the amount.Money was deducted from my bank account.i was complain in bharatpe on same day.Bharatpe issue a ticket ID #1274632 on 18 November.now a day every day i call bharatpe customer care they told me every time wait 24 hours your problem was resolved.now 15 days gone problem is remain same.no one help me about this problem. Bharatpe serious executive can't want to talk to with me.I already send bank statement and transaction screenshot over the mail but there was no response on mail.My Bharatpe register number -[protected].

                      I want to summarize the details of fraud happened to me. I thought this call was just like another buyer for my fridge from quikr.

                      I had put an Ad on Quikr for selling a fridge for Rs 36000. BharatPe customer : bharatpe.[protected]@yesbank-YESB0000480 (ph no: [protected]) made an offer of Rs. 35000 on 18th Nov.
                      I accepted the offer and called him on 19th Nov, he told he will transfer the amount and send request for Rs.1 and 5 I paid him that and I protested telling that my Google pay account is getting debited, he told me it works that way and transferred me Rs 11 (from his google pay).
                      So then when send a request for Rs. 35000, made the transaction and the amount got debited from my account. I told him to return the money.
                      He again send another request for 70000 - telling that since the money got deducted he is paying me my 35000 + 35000 for the fridge. Somehow I did not get convinced and the request got expired.

                      But then my 35000 got stuck right, so he again kept telling that he will send the request and I need to pay so that it will come to my bank account.
                      He send a request of Rs. 60000 this time and same thing repeated and I lost 60000 now. He kept telling he is checking with bank and asked me not to raise a complain, he will return asap.
                      Then he called me back and told that he contacted BharatPe customer care and they informed to make small payments. So he told he will send me 4500. And again send me request, and told this time I will get money but I lost again.
                      So total 99500, it was a total fraud, I had raised a case on this with Cyber crime and raised complain to bank and UPI.
                      I will share the google pay screen shot and which ever evidence required. Please see how cheating and fraud is done, please investigate this crime, such people should be behind bars for cheating and frauds. All i wanted was to see my fridge but caught in hands of such scammers.
                      Kindly help rectify this and refund my money.

                        This is Rohith Yarramsetty.I have paid 500 to the paytm merchant from the bharatpe interest account on 17 Nov, 2019.The merchant has auto refunded the amount due to some reasons. Paytm is showing the transaction status as success. But, I didn't recieved the money to my bharatpe. No proper response from Bharat pe. Help me with this. As I'm a student, an amount of 500 matters alot to me

                                Its been 15 days since i have complained regarding kyc issue to bharatpe.everytine i call one person say kyc approved another say pending .i had uploaded kyc documents but their cust service has updated my companys gst number wrongly due to which my 56000 is stuck from past 15 days .my humble request is please look into this and take action against them.they are very insensitive bunch of people who are not able to solve a query.
                                Its their mistake that i am suffering now but the company is least bothered to address the issue

                                  At 28oct I request to please collect my machine I don't need, they told me it will take 3 working day . After 3 days I again call them because regarding no one called me yet they again said me plz wait 2 days . after two days same thing happened after 2/3 time than finally I told them to transfer my call to senior management .                                     I had uploaded kyc through bharatpeon behalf of my firm .they have updated the details wrongly .now money is stuck and i am not able to edit it..its been more than 10 days and no response .each time different people pick up the call who cant speak in any language and has least knowledge. I would request people who are planning to invest in bharatpe to think twice.thwy are very bad service is pathetic with no empathy towards customer.
