Dear Team.
I m marchent Of BharatPe Company. And I have taken a loan from Bharatpe Application for a business purpose. And I’ll pay 6 months continue but before few day I have lost my bussiness some issue but I’ll complain already with Bharatpe customer care which I have pay full amount after few months but Bharatpe customer care and loan department harassing a our family member on call and they already access my contact list and call every no. And inform that to everyone persons I have take a loan and I can’t pay. i also send mail to nodal officer
Using abusive wording and misbehaving with us.

    I am receiveing calls from a month once in a week from some randon no's and is claiming that Mr. Gaddam Venkatesh took some loan and few months back and is not paying now. This person Mr. Gaddam Venkatesh is a distance relative of mine with whom I have very minimum contact. I am not aware of the loan when dispersed to him nor I received a call from the agency checking his details.

    Now BharaPe has assigned some lady who is not revealing the agency name nor her personal name and is using abusive language asking his whereabouts. Never ever in my life I have come across any person who is so rude. I have received two calls from these no's [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Request you to please look into this issue immediately and kindly make sure that I dont receive anymore calls from this agency regarding this else I will file a police complaint...

      Bharatpe hold my money for false dispute complaint by the customer and even after F.I.R. customer already closed his complaint and accept his mistake but bharatpe hold money for 90 days and says its our policy. I lost my 92000 Rs by this company. Is this ethical. Or any regulations on this fraud company.

            Respected sir,

            My amount put in hold from last 30 days, i was raised the complaints but no response,

            when we raise the ticket, you people simply reject and showing message is problem solved.

            Here we enter how many times I raised the tickets.

            4.[protected] march, 9th

            6.[protected] march 17th

            in above all complaints raised, but no response showing message solved.

              It’s been 3 months since the withdrawal I haven’t received my amount from 12% club till now it shows withdrawal successfull on the app but I didn’t receive it in my bank account it’s been 20 days since I raised the issue to their customer support and all I got was machine generated replies their team is at best incompetent and they don’t care bout investors it’s been 13 days since the promised resolution date please help me if you can I really need the money

                  I made a successful UPI transaction on 03/03/23 for 50000.00 for depositing in 12% club, UPI transaction ID:[protected]VPA - cf.[protected]@icici).
                  As per 12% Club Transaction got cancelled. However they are not refunding money. As per my Banker' written confirmation (Ujjivan SFB) money was successfully credited to the VPA of 12% Club (cf.[protected]@icici) on 3rd March'23.
                  However, the people in 12% Club are not refunding my Rs. 50000.00 since last 10 days.

                          I ordered the machine and did no transaction .
                          When i ordered it was clearly stated Fully refundable deposit and no hidden charges. I also returned the machine within 6days. But its been 2years now i keep contacting the customer support but no refund has been initiated. They're telling some hidden charges has been detucted . This is such a scam.

                            I have been investing the 12% club app downloaded via play store since more than a year now. On the 7th February the withdrawal on the app stopped working informing me there is suspicious activity detected on the account with no information on the same. I reached out to bharatpe via email as stated on the app for grievance redressal.

                            No response has been received till date and I have reached out to all the parts of Bharat pe along with the Nodal Officer Personally Ankit Pranami - ankit.[protected]@bharatpe.com; Innofin Solutions Pvt Ltd Helpdesk . ; [protected]@postpe.app; [protected]@bharatpe.com; [protected]@liquiloans.com; 12% Club ; Info loan queries ; [protected]@lendenclub.com.

                            I have reached out to team almost daily asking for my money. No person has looked into it till date. The nodal officer has been contacted personally still no response.

                            None of these people have responded. The only thing I have received so far is auto replies from their mailbox systems. The phone numbers for the nodal officers do not work and go engaged.

                              I take a credit card from BharatPe merchant i. I use credit card limit I am no able to pay credit card bill about next 3 to 6 month you recovery agent call my relative mostly ladies and abusing them on dated 02/03/2023 they doing call continious to my relative . Today one of my relative compaint to police in written . According to RBI guideline any NBFC cannot call to any relative regarding loan or recovery . I also complaint to cyber cell to use my contact list fraud and also doing complaint to RBI . i humble requested to you stop to call my relative otherwise i will not pay any single rupees to you I am not affected 1 percent by this way i am free in my life i am do what i am do. yours recovery agent can call me only i response them every call but not relative .I contact custmor support but they denie taking any responsiblity about recovery agent . So take action strictly to your recovery agent as soon as possible.

                                  They said you can invest any amount, then I said let me do 138000 added by using paytm, but suddenly paytm said that you can deposit only 99999. Then I thought let me change it.I did change it 138000 to 99999.after amount deducted from amount, but not credited in 12 % club account neither in my bank account.after all I sent all evidence and everything they said we will notify you which making me more worry.

                                        Currently my BharatPe account has blocked and the customer support of BharatPe said that account is blocked from NPCI system. Then I want to know why my account has been blocked??
                                        And I want to unblock my account.
