I am Transaction Bharat Pe 16th October'2019 amt. 4000/- till now dont receive the amount in my bank account i am many times call your customer care and reply me your amount already settled in my bank account this the Transaction no N[protected] please contact your Bank
i am contact to bank and visit Branch said the details of transaction and bank says dont credit my account ([protected] Axis Bank) please contact bharat pe amount return to bharat pe account please help me till now 6th Nov'2019 but dont credit my amount this is not fare i dont know how to settle this dont have another account please help me sir i am humble request to you please help me please please settle the amount my bharat pe register Mobile no is [protected] Partha Debnath

        I have swipped my card in one shop and money if Rs80000 has been deducted and merchant didn't receive any funds and it's been more than 45 days and no refund.
        Kindly look into this as in my card statement has been generated and i have to pay my bill in next 2 days.

          So that I can give the clearance certificate to BharatPe and my BharatPe settlement status can be unblocked by this,

            After speaking to you I had hopes that my account will be recovered with the amount that Bharat Pay has blocked. Till today there is no resolution given.

            Here is the overall worst experience that I am writing in pain to you and whoever it may concern .

            The issue started on 19th Nov'2022 where a customer named Mohd Hasham has swiped his card at 10.04 PM bearing the amount of Rs 50, 000/-.br...

            I was using BharatPe for taking payments from customers for almost 3 months. But on 22nd of December when I tried to withdraw my collection, it notified me that withdrawals has been blocked for my account and 38, 800 rupees got stuck in BharatPe. I contacted their customer support team, uploaded all the necessary documents that they asked and they told me within 24 hours my problem will be solved. But after 3 days I have not received a single information to get my hard earned money from their creepy app.

                          Bharat pe hold my 22 sep 22 transaction of amount rs.5 lakhs till now i have received only 2 lkahs from bharat pe, bharat pe told my reaming amount will be refunded to my credit card which was swiped fro the 22 sep transaction but till today from bahat pe system shown dated 28 nov "withdrawn to uday" but didnt received any refund amount in my credit card and now bharat pe again hold my customer amount of rs 1 lakh in bharat swipe, son now total amount which is receivable from bahart pe is 4 lakhs but nodal officer, social support just trying to make me fool by saying you have received your amount already for that I am providing my credit card statement too bharat pe but still my refund amount not yet received from bharat pe at all

                            Bharat pe hold my 5 lkah tansaction since 23 Sep22 out of which only two lakhs relaes on 29 NoV and #0 Nov out of Rs. 3 Lakh and now 1 lakh both transation hold. Bharat pe told 3lkah transfer to the customer but didnt recived singal penny in customer acoou n for the same all statement are provided bu still not release my amount. Bhat pe just trying to cheat with me

                                  Your team had convinced me to buy BharatPe Swipe Machine and I paid 2360 through BharatPe QR Code bearing TXN ID[protected].
                                  They also promised to deliver the next day of order.

                                  First : The charges were fake
                                  Second : Delivery Time : Fake
                                  Third : You don't let me cancel the order.

                                  When i don't want it why should i receive then cancel, that's a time around time of 14 days.

                                  I have paid immediately but for you to refund you will take so many days despite of me cancelling even before you dispatch.

                                  I want my refund as quick you received my payment.
                                  and I want a confirmation email of the refund value which must not be deducted due to any policy of yours.

                                  I don't want to try for 7 days nor do i even want to receive it, Do not force a product on me with your fake commitments.

                                    Hello team,

                                    i had purchased amount of 821 rupees on 30th Nov 2022 from Smart bazar.
                                    located in Amanora Mall, Hadaspur, pune I tried to pay amount via GPAY but failed that time so i paid with my Debit card and successful. but latter i found same 821 amount is also debited from my account which i was paid by GPAY via id[protected].belongs to my wife sbi account (Pravasini swain) i told them to return my amount as it is paid two times
                                    but they are not returing that amount. Please help on this.
