Please provide any additional information about the incident:
Nov 1st 2021, We paid Bharat Pe Credit card bill using BharatPe app. It got
failed 3 times and 4th time amount got deducted with status failed. We thought
it will be reversed with in 3-5 days but not reversed. On Nov 5th, We
approached BharatPe support team, they said it will reflected etc etc. After more
than a month follow up with BharatPe, on Dec 8th they said reach out your
bank. We approached my bank (IDBI Bank) and they said amount credited to
merchant on Nov2nd & they provided transaction details like payment id & other
reference ids. please check IDBI Confirmation.jpeg file & transaction statement
debit amount(After one month they suggested us reach out my bank.) Again
with all these reference ids we reached out BharatPe but they are saying
transaction got failed/cancelled & they are not interested to provide any details
like TransactionIds/RefIDs etc They are imposing overdue charges on credit
card bill. From Nov 5th to till today, we are approaching BharatPe team. we
provided all required info including my bank statement to BharatPe team.
Recently BharatPe team said, Amount got credited on Nov2nd, then we asked
them why it is not reflected then they said, we are taking complaint will work on
it (We have recording for this). but no proper response from them. Payment
Mode : BharatPe app-Payment Mode-Netbanking-IDBI-Amount deducted with
status failed. Could you please help us on this issue. if any additional info
needed we are ready to provide you.
