BharatPe — mobile phone purchase not received confirmation

I have purchased mobile phone from website https://dealmyntra.in/ Redmi Note 7 pro some of rupee 13999/- on 13/4/19 and I paid through my debit, after payment I don’t get any confirmation of sms and email then try to call their toll free number which also not connecting, my purchase order number is 28224 yet I don’t get any response, do need full
