BharatPe — Payment not received

Hi Deepak,

After speaking to you I had hopes that my account will be recovered with the amount that Bharat Pay has blocked. Till today there is no resolution given.

Here is the overall worst experience that I am writing in pain to you and whoever it may concern .

The issue started on 19th Nov'2022 where a customer named Mohd Hasham has swiped his card at 10.04 PM bearing the amount of Rs 50, 000/-.

This amount was reflecting in the last 5 transactions on the Bharat Pay Machine, however the amount did not hit my account.

I have waited for 48 Hrs to satisfy my self that amount will be credited to my account - but in vain.

My first call to Bharat Pay Customer Care was on 20th Nov'2022 Ticket No :[protected]

Response from Customer Care Executive - " Please wait for 48 hrs the amount will be credited to your account "

My Second call to Bharat Pay Customer Care was on 22nd Nov Ticket No: 11161728

Response from Customer Care Executive - " Please upload the proof of transaction on Portal " - I have uploaded the customer's account debit statement and transaction details stating the customers account has debited with Rs 50, 000/ - on 19th Nov'2022 at 10:04 PM .Time Frame Given was 5 Working Days.

My Third call to Bharat Pay Customer Care was on 02nd Dec Ticket No: 11350081

Response from Customer Care Executive : " Please wait for 24 hrs the issue will be resolved " - Again a False Commitment.

My Fourth call to Bharat Pay Customer Care was on 03rd Dec Ticket No: 11374859

Response from Customer Care Executive : " Please upload the customer credit card statement " - I have requested the customer to share the credit card statement and with great difficulity i had to convinece the customer to share it however as the bill generation date was not near by the customer has shared the online snap shot of the transaction where it is clearly seen and visible that the amount of 50, 000 /- is debited . - However still did not receive my money

Dear Bharat Pay Service Provider, Please understand I am a very small vendor and blocking 50, 000/ - has costed me a lot . I borrowed the money from my peers on Interest to run my business BAU.

Still the Issue did not close .

Next call was on 06th Dec'2022 Ticket ID 11417451

Response from the customer care executive - We have informed our higher authorities to close this issue and they will clear this 7 working days -
This one also a very false commitment

Sir, please do not play with customers' accounts - every single penny does matters knowing about the recent pandamic it has become very difficult to survive post COVID -19.

On 20th Dec'2022 referring to the Ticket ID :[protected] Status mentioned as "Proof Received" - But My money is still not recovered.

Sir, Today it is 25th Dec'2022 - I am going to raise a complaint in Consumer if my amount is not credited back in my account within 48 Hrs.

I have heard enough of false commitments from your customer care team, I have recordings of all the calls that I have made to Bharat Pay Customer Care, I am sure if any one employee of Bharat Pay who is sensible and responsible person listening to the recorded calls will be ashamed and will be guilty for making a customer suffer for more than 30 Days.

I have mentioned only a few of the Ticket ID's in the conversation but I have attached theTotal Ticket IDs in the email.

Hoping this times my pain is been recognised and last hopes that my account will be recovered with the amount -
