BharatPe — Rs.10000 money debited but not added

My Bharatpe Merchant Account Phone Number [protected]

On Date 28.12.2020 01.51Pm Added Rs.10000/- on bharatpe merchant account using paytm upi with Reference Number[protected] here money debited in my bank account but not added in bharatpe intrest account, i raised a complaint on central bank of india they said that from our side money debited and transfered succesfully now this time i raised a complaint on Bharatpe Customer support they are saying our team working on it from 5 the january till now money not credited to bank account nor bharatpe account
