I am a Bharat pe club member from past 5 months but still not able to order swipe machine my hard earned money is with you what kind of a poor service you are providing...it was better a normal member atleast you were responding for any issue by trusting you people I have surrendered my other bank swipe machine also now iam losing business of card payment...you people don't understand customers pain pathetic service if there are 100 platform for customer review all platforms I'll review for you people IRRESPONSIBLE...no knowledge how to run a customer care...rude speaking field agents... uneducated technical team...

I am using Bharat pe swipe machine there are so many charges rental charge, sim charge transaction charges. Fix charge 472/- and credit card and debit cards transaction charges 1.6 percent. And return policy is also very shocking they will charge fix charges monthly and you think to return it no any peny return you. But at the time of machine selling me Agent told me that there in not any charge charged from you and mdr on credit card and debit card payments receiving also refunded if you not withdraw or transfer from Bharat pe account upto 15 days but this wrong they are not refund any peny.
