BharatPe — Swiping machine showing PNMPAY_050 Error

I already submit my kyc last 14 days back. But till machine not working, I continuesly call customer care from last 14 days but nobody resolve my issue. Kindly I request you please solve my issue earlier. Other wise please take your machine back & pay my refundable amount to my account.
