BharatPe — Transaction dispute not solved from one month

I had a transaction dispute of 200000 rs on bharatpe and i have been complaining about the issue for a lot of times now.
Uploaded all the documents from time to time as they asked but there response has been same "sorry for the inconvenience your issue will be resolved and you will receive a call from our executive " but all i get is dates and reasons for not giving my money back.
I am never recommending bharat swipe to anyone as it not only keeps your hard earned money but also has a very poor customer service.
Please excalate and solve the issue ASAP.
