Transaction dispute not solved from one month

I had a transaction dispute of 200000 rs on bharatpe and i have been complaining about the issue for a lot of times now.
Uploaded all the documents from time to time as they asked but there response has been same "sorry for the inconvenience your issue will be resolved and you will receive a call from our executive " but all i get is dates and reasons for not giving my money back.
I am never recommending bharat swipe to anyone...

Hello sir, I am ANIKET SABLE i wrote this Bcoz of I am Getting Mentally Harassed from Bharatpe's recovery Agents. Sir I took LOAN of around 70000 rs. from bharatpe, and I Gave around 50000rs return but due to some reason i was not able to give remaining amount this month, I told them that i will give all money in next Month but Recovery agents are not ready give me time, they said we want money right now for that do whatever, but clear the amount within an 2 hrs and also they called my all relatives and HACKed my CONTACT list and starts abusing to them, one of Bharatpe's Agent*Sakshi Pradhan(Mobile no. [protected]) crossed her limit and said if you are not able give LOAN amount then become a ### and gave amount to us. Please look on to it sir not only me but many of small shopkeepers are facing this Harassment, we are ready to give their amount with interest but bcoz of these kind of agents we are facing terrific issues sir

    We have taken a loan from BharatPe and we are paying it on regular Basis. But due to a major accident of my wife i was unable to pay the EDI and i requested to them to give me some time for recovery and we will close the account but today their executive bluntly call to my relatives and Family members and use abusive language. We all ready filed FIR against them but nothing Entertained.

      I was scan QR code of bharat pe to paytm my amount was Rs. 5002 my money is debited from my bank i was also check my bank statement the amount was debited to my account.. My money is not shown in bharat pe total amount... Please help me guys taking a lot of time. My money is important for me... 🙏🏻

        Hello. I have a major complain regards my loan through ur company. I took loan amount 1 lac rupees 1 year ago. Due to some tragic incident in my family am not able to paid my loan amount but I will sincerely want to paid my loan amount with interest. I humble request to ur company authorities to plz stop ur all recovery agent harrasment to my family members and my family friends. They are calling my all loved ones and threating them and abused them. This is very shameful act by any company. Am ready paid approx 50k rupees few days ago. Ur balanced loan amount will be paid soon in coming month may. But plz i request to you plz stop this ridiculous calls to my family members and me. My registard mobile no.             I am K.Azgar Ali Proprietor of Indian Infotech, Cowl Bazaar Ballari, Karnataka, My mobile No.[protected], i have taken Loan in Bharatpe i have paid more than 25%.

            This is to bring notice for you that i am being continuously getting harassed by Bharatpe Loan Department Representatives which is resulting in mentally affect as they are calling to my contacts and giving the false information hiking the loan amount and none of the contact which received calls i have given as a reference despite complaining to customer service of bharatpe there is no change & my contact are receiving the calls so i request you to please make stop this and or else i will have no option left to other then escalating the issue on social media as i have call recording of your Bharatpe Representative in which it can be clearly heard they are using abusive and threatening tone. so its my humble request you please make this stop ASAP & due to covid my business has been affected that's the reason there was a delay in the repayment and i will make sure to repay the due amount ASAP.

              BHARATPE BIG FRAUD

              Worst services and support, no basic knowledge of support team, on sales they will call 100 time for support they will give all auto response same again and again, without understanding the basic of the issue..

              THey register the swipe machine and ask for club membership and cancel the machine and then say refund is not applicable. and make money this way...

                  I Nadeem Panjwani (Registered Mobile Number:[protected], QR code and other details attached as annexure-1) subscribed for the BharatPee swiping machine by paying Refundable deposit of Rs.5, 000/- on 23 February, 2021 (proof of payment is enclosed herewith as annexure-2) but till date I have not received the swiping machine. As per your application the swiping machine is already issued and in use by some one who accepting the payments in my name, I have made several complaints on the BharatPee app but all were closed by the team as resolved (The complaint ids are attached as annexure-3). I have also contacted the following Agents/ Representatives of BharatPee:
                  1. Kumar-[protected]
                  2. Shankar-[protected]
                  3. Sandeep-[protected]; [protected]
                  4. Anand -[protected]
                  Even after numerous follow up, request but of no use.

                  In this regard I request the concern authorities for following Remedies:
                  1. Repayment/Refund of refundable Deposit of Rs.5000/- with interest of 12% PA from 23 February till the date of Payment.
                  2. As the I am not satisfied by your service to close/deactivate my account with BharatPee.
                  3. Legal compensation of Rs.50, 0000 as I have faced huge inconvenience and wasted much of my precious time calling all your representatives and following up with them without any positive response.

                    I used credit card and transaction done through bharat pe and came to home.

                    Now shop person call me and asked money due to bharatpe disputed my transaction so that that person asked me money

                      The issue is with the software, once we give permission to access the contacts, they get all our contact lists, this software is not secure, once they get the numbers they share the data to call centers and they make this abusive and threatening calls, even i am facing the same issue since 8 months, there is no proper support, so i suggest to file a complaint against the privact issues and also a defamation complaint as well, only then they will take some action

                          Recovery agents are threatening me that we will send.someone.to.your house i[censored] did not pay a certain amount to us I am.paying amounts to them as my convenience but then too they are harrassing I started to repay
                          Then too I will get harassed, I will get threats like this

                            Dear team
                            This is Dheeraj chauhan s/o Late jai prakash chauhan who was running a general Store in noida I had taken loan of ruppess 50000 apply . and I got it just minimum verification I am happy and thanks to helping me on that time and after 2 month we loss our business due to Covid 19 .I had taken loan of rupees 50000 / from bharat pe application’s paid an amount of 15000 till today. I have full intention to repay loan amount I have an problem of my shop was closed i failed to pay the EDI amount on time.i am attending calls and doing the part payments also. bharat pe agents calling to my whole contacts saying that i had taken loan on their nos .they all spoiled my name and abusing and threat saying i will spoil ur name and will calls your all contacts.
                            They torched mentally doing same things’ called bharat pe support team but still calls are coming. i also said that i will pay the penalty charges also but not listening to me. bharat pe have my contacts list access .
                            Please help me out from this. I request to Bahrat pe company recovery agent please don’t harassing people in my contact list I want only things stop harassment of my contact list

                            Note:- Commitment to pay it will be paid in 2 month please give me some time

                              The recovery agents are calling my contact list again, since my last complaint they didn't call for somedays then a lady messaged me about my loan I told her that I need time as I am starting a new shop with all my leftout savings so she gave me 2 days to repay, is this a joke 2 days...I just want to tell bharatpe that I am ready to repay you but with my convenience as I have the money as much as I have I will deposit it in the app but if they continuously harass me by calling my contacts then I'll be taking some legal actions against them now because I am mentally frustated and depressed due to which I am consulting a psychologist and if anything happens to me your company will be responsible for that
