I’ve booked a fiber connection for my residence (675 sector 22B Gurgaon) for the second time and I’ve been denied for the same just because there’s no port available... even though there are 2 ports available (which your technical team said is faulty and will be repaired in 2 days) but it’s been almost a week. I was assured that by 27th your connection will be installed but it’s 1st and now your representatives are saying it on 4th. I was provided with a number of some team leader Dinesh (+[protected]) and he’s not even picking up after I stated my issue. It’s a request that please look into this matter and provide me a solution asap... all my work is stopped thanks to your pathetic mobile service (been complaining about signal issues for the last 8 years on my billing address) Was this information helpful? |
