Today(13/7/2021) morning my broadband plan for 1 month 40mbps ends and afterwards i placed an recharge request which was successfully completed but afterwards i waited for almost 1 hour and still there is no internet service provided so i called the executive but he says there are lot of complaints pending so your issue will be solved after 24 to 36 hours. so i want to know what is the problem it occurs every time i recharge the team service is very poor what can i do i have to work i have classes how can we suffer with this problem when there is nothing wrong with my modem just by doing recharge it shows problem please get your team as soon as possible your response way is very bad please give me a solution Was this information helpful? |
