I'm using Airtel network for more than 5 years and I was a prepaid user. I activated hello tune service for 3 months and after 10 days I converted my number to postpaid one.
While transforming I got a info like my balance and value added services like hello tunes that will be carry forwarded. After activating my number in postpaid, I didn't see my hello tune service in active mode. So I called customer care service for more than 4 times and all the time they updated like it will be activated within 4 hours.
Finally today morning it got activated and I heard the same song what I chosen and I left as it is. After 2 hours I got a message stating that my hello tune service is discarded.
I called customer service again and that time the update is hello tune service wont be carry forwarded. And if I ask about the money what I have paid for this service, their simple answer was we can't do anything.
Very depressed with the answers and they are ready to let go the customers. I sincerely wish to take some actions on this kind of network providers who are grabbing customers money in all possible ways. Was this information helpful? |
