[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — bharti axa elite advantage plan policy sold to me fraudulently

I am raising a new complaint following my actual complaint which was never resolved and has been marked as resolved. Kindly go through the raised complaint attached below with all the replies from your representative.

This is to bring to your notice that till now none of your customer representative contacted me and my complaint has been replied on 18th April saying '''''''''COMPLAINT MARKED AS RESOLVED''''''' Request donot reply with false comments when no action has been taken. It seems that you are not interested in solving problem of customers and rather make fun of what they are going through with your false reply. I will not let go my hard earned money just like that so if you are really interested in helping me and to avoid any future complications pls contact me at below given number.

Two employees of gbic misguided me (Their respective names are purnima shukla & rajeev shukla from a/c department, later on i came to know that mrs. Purnima shukla is a sr. Councilor from gbic (Government body of insurance council) and not from irda)
The case started when i came to know that the amount is less than what i paid to icici prudential in 03 years. It was then assigned to mrs. Purnima shukla of gbic who suggested me to freeze the amount in icici prudential as their team did not live up to their commitments. So accordingly i then froze rs.4.32 lacs & port to bharti axa-elite advantage plan against the policy no.[protected] on 28 july 2018 which is rs. 1 lac per annum for 03 years (As guided/advised by mrs. Purnima shukla, as per law, the amount will not freeze until i will not port the same amount in other company). I was sure that being a sr. Councilor of gbic she would give me correct guidance & help me.
After few days Mr. Pawan sharma called me, said that he is from icici prudential and then told me that bonus of rs 3.84 lacs announced by icici prudential in their internal audit if not claimed then it will be distributed in between their agents/brokers.
Mrs. Purnima shukla told me that if i want to take the bonus then she could help me to get this. I again trusted mrs. Purnima shukla, so i agreed and then she told me the way to get the bonus.
She was in touch with few lic companies & advised me to buy another bharti axa – elite advantage plan. When i asked the reason why to buy another policy for this, she ensured me that is the only way to get the bonus amount, which is rs. 3.84 lacs, and it is for 03 years and after that, i will get return paid premium amount with agreed bonus.
For more details about the bonus, i received a call from her colleague mr. Rajeev shukla, accounts department who convinced me and told me the calculations of the return amount after 03 years. I was having doubt but mrs. Purnima & mr. Rajeev shukla, both kept ensuring me to trust them and i had no other option but to fall for them.
I blindly trusted her since she is a government employee and therefore bought another bharti axa-elite advantage plan, policy no.[protected] dt. 31st aug. 2018 of rs 1.25 lacs per annum for 03 years. (As guided/advised by mrs. Purnima shukla. She told me that this bonus amount of rs. 3.84 lacs would be port in other company as per law & i have to pay 02 premiums only & 3rd premium will not be paid by me).
I also signed cash bonus option form along with other related forms to get the policy.
I am not sure whether my bonus amount of rs. 3.84 lacs really port to my bharti axa policy or credit in other account.
Also note that i didn’t receive my 1st policy documents no.[protected] till today & 2nd policy no.[protected] was also returned to bharti axa for correction of policy terms as agreed to mr. Lalit kumar, executive of bharti axa who came to my residence to collect the policy with an assurance to get the policy with agreed terms. As i came to know that both polices were for 12 years not 03 years as agreed.
Kindly note that i am a retired sr. Citizen & do not have any source of income. For me it is not possible to afford such big amount i. E. 2.25 lacs for next 12 years.
So many times, i got the assurance from mr. Gaurav, mr. Ashish, ms laxhmi & other executives of bharti axa to get the policies, with agreed terms very soon. Nevertheless, i did not received the same yet & their mobile numbers are all temporarily out of service now. With all their numbers being ‘temporarily out of service’, it seems that it is a group who are involve in such type of frauds.
As on today, i do not have any policies in hand, but still getting an assurance from mrs. Purnima shukla of gbic that i will get my both policies as per agreed terms. At this stage, i do not think anyone will trust this lady.
Now i have a very bad feeling that they have done fraud and misguided a sr. Citizen, who do not have any source of income.
Having said everything above, i still have hope that someone will help/ guide me properly to get my hard-earned money back along with my bonus amount.
In addition to above, request sr. Management of gbic to look into my matter on priority.

My this 2nd complaint also didn't resolve till today. Bharti Axa is just closing the complaints on papers & making fools to others.
My complaints has been resolve on 28th May 2019 as per Bharti Axa comments. I sent a reminders to get the update & got a massage/reply from Bharti Axa team on dated 3rd June 2019 that 'WE ARE CHECKING THIS WITH THE TEAM & WILL COME BACK TO YOU WITH AN UPDATE SOON' & another massage/reply on dated 6th June 2019 that 'PLEASE ALLOW US SOME MORE TIME TO PROVIDE YOU AN UPDATE'.
It clearly shows Bharti Axa making fools & doing fraud with their customers.
Again I request to Bharti Axa team to stop such type of false comments & resolve my complaint on priority.

Please note that I would want to cancel this policy immediately as
1. This has been wrongly suggested to us in the name of porting of one of my policy with hdfc life. Whereas in the confirmation call there was no mention of porting of policy .
2. I was told that I have to make payment for 3 yrs only whereas in confirmayion call it was told that it is for 12 yrs.
3. Finally & most importantly I have not signed the CDF and proposal form which has been forged.
Although we are proceeding against the concerned in IRDA as well for cancellation of their license against fraud and misscommunication of facts request you to kindly do the needful and confirm.
