Bharti Axa General Insurance Company Ltd. — Non receipt of Car Insurance Policy

We have paid a sum of Rs.5380/- towards Insurance Premium for Car No. WB20U9499 HYUNDAI i20 MAGNA by Cheque No.190687 drawn on Syndicate Bank Esplande Branch Kolkata on or about 24/09/2015 . The Cheque was cleared on 30/09/2015 . Insurance for the above car has expired on 27/09/2015 . Till date we have neither received the temporary cover note nor any soft or hard copy of renewed Policy . This is not expected from a Company like you and in future we will not like to repeat our mistake of buying insurance from Bharti Axa G. S. Kanoria
