I have lodged a complain regarding the cancellation of above mentioned policy Complaint no:- CRU067769 Dated:- 24/11/2016. Due to some wrong information mentioned in the policy like my account no.
The company did not provided any solution neither by telephonic call no by email. But when called the customer care they told me that your request regarding cancellation is declined. I asked to speak the person who provided this resolution regarding the cancellation of above mentioned policy they transfered my call to Mr. Rohan (Bharti Axa life insurance Mumbai Tel no:- [protected]). He asked me to provide a proof that i have not received particular policy by hand. I accepted this and posted a RTI regarding this to the indian postal department As per the information provided by CPIO/Sr. Supdt of Post Offices, Ghaziabad division via an RTI under RTI ACT-2005 this post has been delivered to some person named Manish (As seen by signature) not to me (pankaj singh yadav). The proof provided by CPIO/Sr. Supdt of Post Offices, Ghaziabad division i attached and requested Bharti AXA to provide a solution by another complain on[protected] complain no:- CRU-068656.
Once agai they did not provided an solution to me till[protected]last date they requested to wait)
When i called Mr. Rohan on[protected] he told me that some else is looking after this complain, today he is not available, as soon as this complain will be closed i will let you know the status.
But today when i called customer care they informed me that solution to this problem is already provided on[protected] and a copy of that has been already sent to me. Again i checked my mail box no email has been sent to me. the information provided to me by customer care that my request has been declined once again as i have received this policy on[protected]. This solution is absurd because i am proving a proof that i have not received this policy even they are saying that it has been received.

Bharti AXA is not canceling my policy Even they are accepting that the policy bond should be received by particular person to whom it is for, it can not be delivered to any other person. Any as per IRDA guidelines i have complaind with in the free look up period of 15 days. Bharti AXA is trying to mentally harass me. As i belong to middle class loosing 40000/- is a huge amount for me. They are trying to make me mentally sick by their deeds.
If something happens to me in future Bharti AXA and Employee Mr. Rohan will be solely responsible for harassing me to let end my life.

I am here with attaching all the proofs i have submitted to bharti axa regarding this complain.
