Bharti Axa — no response from bharti axa insurance / cheating people | |
I used to get frequent call from bharati axa life insurance company insisting me to take policy with them; they promised me of assured loan from 15th day of commencement of the policy. Below are the loan details as per their commitment: Loan amount: 6l; Roi: 2.5 k per month first 3 years and if not able to pay then they will recover end of the policy on 10th years; Policy terms: 10 years; Yearly payment: 50 k; I will get the balance amount (Apart from 6l + 3 years interest) end of the 10th years. Below the contact person who approached me: Document collection and process:[protected] and [protected] (Name – ramya); Document collection: [protected]; Document verification:[protected]; Amount collection via online: [protected]; Kotak mahendra bank verification:[protected]; Policy incharge: [protected] (Arumugam); Policy advisor: [protected] (R selvanarayanan); I have taken the policy[protected] and paid 50 k to bharati axa life insurance. They gave me confirmation and commitment that they would process the 6l loan from kotak mahendra bank after i had taken the policy from them, the executive (Ramya) had first told me that the amount would be credited by the of the august-2017 and with no money credited, she asked me to wait until the 15th of september-2017, finally she confirmed that the policy amount (50k) would be returned within 90days (From the commencement of the policy) if loan not processed but nobody is responding my calls since then and all the numbers are switched off /there are not reachable (Tried via whatsapp also), finally i came to know, they have been cheating many innocent people like this and i would request you to return my money since i am in critical situation now. Thanks Again i got from ramya on sep-22-2017 after i reised complaint and details below As your executive spoken to me on 22 and 23 september regarding my complaint. She (Ramya) again assured me to process the loan based on bharati axa policy and amount 5l will be credited in my account on 25th-sep-2017 or 26th-sep-2017 and if not possible then my mount 50 k will be refund, So she requested me sent mail like i have wrongly understood the policy and she didn’t tell anything about loan like that. I didn’t sent mail like her request and i know your executive cheating me again. I have recorded her telephone voice and whatsapp history as per my lawyer advises and i don’t want lose my money. I have noticed this issue to selvaram and arumugam before raising complaint but they didn’t helped me to fix so that i raised the complaint.
