[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — not received renewed car insurance policy even though I paid money

Hi,

I made payment for renewal of existing policy with bharati axa on 1st july 2017 but i did not receive any policy. I checked with my bank and found the payment is successful from bank.

I did follow up with customer care for this but everytime i get response that we are looking into this... I amreally fed up with them..

It is now 21 days after payment but still did not received the insurance copy.

Bharti AXA agent are delaying delivery order of car Hyundai Xcent HR10AB6354 with respect to claim settlement of insurance policy no. HAX/S8394511. They are saying that we will delay your delivery order without any reason.
