[Resolved] Bharti Axa — surrender of policy no.[protected]

Respected sir,

I have taken the above policy in b. Axa during the year 2012. I have approached so many times for surrender but they have not obliged it. During the lost month they have urged to take additional policy in exide batary insurance and b. Axa insurance polices then only your above policy surrender value will be paid to you. Accordingly as per their guide lines i have taken three policies one from exide batary (No.[protected] b. Axa[protected] and other one not yet received. I belive them and paid rs. 37750+10500+8750 for the three policies. Today i phoned them nobody taken some phones are inoperative. I am too much worried and believe they are cheating me. I request you kindly register a complaint and take action against them and make arrangement to get the paid amount.

Updated by Mani K.P Sir, I have taken a policy in Bharati axa insurance company during the
year 2012 and paid 4 premium each 15000 totaly Rs.60000/- Due to
unavoidable circumstances I have not continued further. I approch the
company many times so far not given any amount. During the month of
June I received a call from one Mr. Rathakrishnan from B.axa he told
you may pay Rs.37750 one policy from Exide batary nsurance(No.[protected] you will get the amount I have paid the amount by D.D. After that another man Mr.Hari/Asok kumar phoned me to take policy of Rs.10500 (policy No.[protected] then only you get back the amount I have transfered the amount policy No. further one Mrs. vimla totld me you may pay additional Rs.8750 (policy on transit) then only your surrender policy prepared I transfererd the amount second and third policy taken in Bharati axa insurance company. Now they are not responded while call these numbers were not in use. Sir, I am not in a position to collect the amount. I request you kindly take step to get money from them I have so far paid Rs.60000+37750+10500+8750=117100. I request you being a senior citizen you may help me as early as possible

I didn't received the amount to my account now it's more than 16 days after claiming two wheeler insurance I paid total amount to workshop so I need to get some of the amount and I didn't get that amount to my account..
